Like as I have already informed you in my previous letter about my job.I am Living alone at my own apartment .I think it is good I tell you more about my family background, I am the First child of my parents. My parent have three children, a girl and two  boys .I being the first child, MARK is second to me while PETER is the last .

The name of my father is LARRY CLAYBOURNE and my mother's name is MARRIS CLAYBOURNE. My parents are both retired from us civil service.My father was a Doctor in the US health civil service while my mother was a nurse at the US health civil service..
Like as I have earlier informed you, I am single and have never being married. My hobbies are reading,watching movies, listening to soft musics, long driving, swiming and travelling.I hate delay, that is slugglishness and procrastinating, I hate lies. I love some one who is trustworthy .
.I love nature and sometimes I wish that I and my future husband could own a house at the country side not far from a city.You wake up to fresh mountain air,gaze the green senery,see green vegetables growing in your little garden and so much more. Kind of boring right?
I do imagine I am with my sweetheart in those quite surroundings.

I may be leaving for Our branch office in UK to help supervise EAGEAP forth coming Employment programme for citizens from third world countries. The programme will take place from 27th-30th of next month, 2006. Last year I was in  Berlin, Germany for this same programme..

It gives me joy to take care of fellow human beings who needed assistance.This Programme have improved the lives of many who have no job and those who have not earning good salaries in their home country. Through the period of this my communication with you will not be frequent because I will be very busy till after the employment recruitment programme.

Compliments of the day to you and your group members. I am not happy with the way things are going right now. How could your group still be doubting me after all the efforts I have made ? Till now you are still asking of Website, the secretary have already informed you that our website is www.eageap.org. You are still asking different kind of questions.

I believe have to leave everything about this programme and let those who are ready go on with . I have tried to talk over things with the EAGEAP officials on the possiblities of having you partake in the programme alone.I wouldn,t like you to miss this opportunity ,but they have refused saying that the opportunity is made for 6 to 10 persons from each country and they will have to face querry from the UN task force officials if they should allow you alone to partake in this programme that is made to serve as benefits to at least 6 persons from your country. It is not that you can not come to the US through other means but why I have insisted that you should come to the US through this programme is just because it will be more easier to process your documents and save more money than personal or any other efforts. Personal efforts or other means will takes much time and more expenses. It will take up to two years to process your documents that will see you come down here with me. I have so much arranged thing down that the barrister in charge of the visas have informed me that on receipt of your EAGEAP official application forms and your payment confirmation by fax at the head office, the processing of both visas and the UN Emergency Traveling Certificates for those without travelling passports will commence in the country where you have chosen for EAGEAP programme. The Visa forms will be forwarded to you.. Like applicants who have chosen the US Programme their visas will be processed and authorized by the US by the US Bureau of Immigrant affairs. Confirmation of the authorized visas and UN Emergency Traveling Certificates will be faxed to the consular section at the US Embassy in your country or near by country if there are no US high commission in your country and the same copies will also be sent to you before you will go to the embassy for the Issuance of the visa seals in your visas. The US Immigration advocate will notify the embassy in advance by phone contact about your appearance at the embassy

You will only need to go to the embassy with the copies of the confirmation and official documents that will be sent to you by EAGEAP . Your visas seals will be issued in your passport within 48 hours of your appearance at the embassy .that is if the information you forwarded to the US Immigration during the processing of your documents is what you presented at the embassy.
THE FLIGHT TICKETS
On receipt of your application forms and the payment confirmation, Your application confirmation will be forwarded to the US Bureau of Immigrant Affairs for the onward processings of your visa and there after you will receive the Visa Application forms from the US Bureau of Imigrant Affairs through the barrister. You will then be notify with the confirmation of your flight reservation and the date departure date.

As soon as the applicantsÂ’ documents are processed and authorized, copies of the authorized documents will also be forwarded to the International organisation for Migration (IOM)

On receipt of the copies of the applicants authorization documents, payment for the flight tickets will be effected by the IOM and the ticket booklets will be issued to each applicant at the airline sales office at the applicantÂ’s resident country .
