Dear Miss Young,

One day i opened my email box and i found a strange messege from unknown person.

Dear James,

I hope all is well over there in youy country. If so, thanks be to God almighty.I thank you so much for your response to my mail.

Why i want to explain and review my predicament to you is because of how honest, faithful and trustworthy you are since i started communicating with you. As i told you in my second mail, My father was a highly reputable business man (a cocoa merchant and suppulier of agro allied material ) who operated in the capital of Ivory coast during his days. It is sad to say that he passed away mysteriously in France during one of his business trips abroad in february last year.

Though his sudden death was linked or rather suspected to have been masterminded by my uncle
who travelled with him at that time. But God knows the truth! My mother died when I was just 4 years old, and since then my father took me so special. Before his death on february last year, he told me about a box he concealed the sum of Eight million, Five hundred thousand United State Dollars.(USD$8.500,000) deposited in one of the security company's here in Abidjan Ivory coast
West Africa, which he disguised and declared the box to contain family valuables instead of money, by this way the company does not know the true content of the box and He registered the consignment using the name of beneficiary or next of kin to be his business forighn partner living overseas. I have in my possesion the deposit document which the company gave to my late father when he deposited the box with the security company. I really don't know what to do. This is because I have suffered a lot of set backs as a result of incessant political crisis here in Ivory coast.
The death of my father actually brought sorrow to my life. I am in a sincere desire of your assistance in this regards.I will like you to help me and contact the company as the beneficiary or next of kin for the claim of the box so that i can come over to your country and continue my Education there while you look for a very good lucretive bussiness you can invest on since i am still too young to handle a business that will need such huge amount of money.Because since the death of my father,things has not been easy for me due to my uncle who killed my father also wants to eliminate me because of my fathers landed properties inorder to claim them,I managed to escape from my fathers house to a nearby town where i am now hiding in one of my old school friend because he is still insearch of me.As soon as i hear from you i will forward the contact of the security company and the Deposit certificate.

We will also help the less privilege because of the good thing that the good lord has done for me by keeping me alive.I could have liked you to come over to this country so that we can go together to the security company and retrieve the consignment as my family friend and guardian but due to the political crisis in this country I contacted the security company and they told me that they have a way to deliver the consignment to you through diplomatic courier means to your country which means that the consignment will not be open at any port of entry until it gets to your door step diplomatically.

I will like you to contact the security company right away and tell them that you are the family friend to Mr Joseph Bakubah Koki and you are the guardian to Miss Nora Bakubah that you want them to give you their requirement and cost to cargo the consignment to you in your country and tell them that the content of the consignment is family valuables.I have already mapped out 5% of the total fund for any expenses you might incure at the process of retreiving this consignment and additional 15% for your kind assistance to me.

Description of the Assets: Trunk box held with UNIVERSAL TRUST AND SECURITY COMPANY in COTE D’IVOIRE and to transfer the ownership by a very special mutual agreement executed in between the Grantor & Grantee.

WHEREAS, the Grantor JOSEPH BAKUBAR will have to appoint Miss. Nora Bakubar His Grantee in transferring the ownership of such Assets as stated above, grants to the Grantee the full authority for executing the transfer of ownership for the deposit consignment held with universal trust and security company in Abidjan, Cote d’ivoire. The transfer of ownership of the assets allow the Grantor to fully empower the Grantee to act on her/his behalf of an in place of the Grantor, his/her estate and his/her legal heirs, with full signatory rights and all other powers required to act in place and stead of the Grantor.
1.This Master agreement No. 6512-EZ supersedes and replaces any previous agreement along with any and all other correspondence whether written or oral, excepting the Non-Disclosure, Non-Circumvention agreement, and processing agreement is to specify in writing the exact terms and conditions by which the Grantor & Granteeshall set out their business working conditions as how to use the Assets transferring the Ownership of the Assets to the Grantee and how to use it, in private placement investments program organized by the Grantee which bring high interest to benefit the investment to both parties
2.The Grantor shall instruct the Grantee where to transfer his/her profits accordingly.

3.After the death of the Grantor, it is agreed that all provisions of this Master agreement will be transferred to (Name of the person): Miss Nora Bakubar as full appointed heirs/successor on presentation of a foreign partner or guardian
4.The validity of this Master Agreement and conditions shall remain in full force for the duration of this Master Agreement for a minimum of Five (5) Years thereafter and Maximum of Fifteen (15) Years, taken from the date of the signatures .
