It all began when I received an email from Mr Paius Dibia in the IBA Bank in Togo. He wanted me to help him move $10.5m belonging to a deceased customer called Francis Nathan. I had to become the next-of-kin, and Paius would take care of all the paperwork. |

I have seen quite a lot of these letters concerning customers that died
in motor accidents. And they are all called "ghastly". BTW. The telephone number +228 9015391 is a mobile phone, and does not belong to the bank, neither does the e-mail address. |

I followed this to the end with exception of giving them any money. I just happened to look up I.B.A on the internet and found 419.bittenus.com among other things. |
