ATTN: Timothy,

Notification  of Bequest
On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Eng. Thomas Williams, I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter to you through the post was returned back. I hereby attempt to reach you via your e-mail address.

I wish to notify you that late Eng. Thomas Williams made you a beneficiary to his will. He left the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars ($450,000) to you in the codicil and last testament to his will. Being a widely travelled man, he must have been in contact with you in the past or simply you were nominated to him by one of his numerous friends abroad who wished you good. Late Eng. Thomas Williams until his death was a former managing director and pioneer staff of a giant construction company.  He was a very dedicated Christian who loved to give out. His great philanthropy earned him numerous awards during his life time. Late Eng. Thomas Williams died on the 9th day of February 2005 at the age of 82 years, and his Will is now ready for execution.

According to him this money is to support your Christian activities and to help the poor and the needy. Please If I reach you as I am hopeful, endeavour to get back to me as soon as possible to enable the immediate execution of your portion of the bequest to enable earlier disbursement by the Paying Bank.

You should forward along  your telephone and fax numbers, including a proof to confirm your identity as the beneficiary in question. Proof of Identity should be either clergy ID or International passport or drivers License. On demand I would send you the Obituary notice of Late Eng. Thomas Williams for your perusal and maybe you would recognise him.

I hope to hear from you in no distant time by replying to this notification to email address: stalphonsus99@yahoo.fr or call us on +22505295666
Yours in His service,
FR. TOM WELSH
Parish Priest.

Thank you for your mail, I am happy that I finaly been able to get you so we could execute his will, this was his last wishes before late Williams dead that we should try to locate you and for you to make sure that the fund is used for humanity. He was a very devoted christain that loves to share his worth with others, I must confess that his kindness and his generousity was also extended to us.

Attach is a copy of late Williams obituary, maybe you will recognise him.

I have informed the paying bank this morning that I have been able to locate you and they should be expeting a contact from you for speedy execution of late Williams will to you.

..and how will the bank be notified by me if I dont know the banks name or any contact information? I suggest, if this is legitimate, that you send me the persons name who is handling the execution of the will and his or her contact information. Also, you said you tried to inform me by post, may I inquire where you tried to send it?

Grateful but still skeptical...
Timothy

Well, first of all, its very strange that a priest would be contacting me and not some banking officials or lawyers...dont you think? If you could find me Im sure they could if they needed to. I'll think about it alittle and we'll see what happens. If its legitimate, they have to find me...its the law. Also you made no mention of where the posted mail was sent to, as per my request. Tom Welsh?...yes there is a pastor in Scotland with that name, but your grammar isnt that of a scottish sense...

God be with you too...
Timothy

On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estates of late Engr. Thomas Williams, I am making this contact with you before late Engr. William died since 2005 and no news from you to execute his will left for you with the bank. I am making this contact with you on their behalf to let you know about this will and why you have not contacted the bank to execute his Will to you.

It is a good question that you asked and I hope I have been able to clear it off with the above answers, I will provide you with their contact so you can reach them as soon as I am able to speak with you.  You should rejoice and be happy for this blessing Timothy…. It is a Miracle.

I am not a Scottish, I am from Ivory Coast. Yes there is a St Alphonsus in Glasgow Scotland but fortunately I am not from there, call me and provide a number to reach you for more communications with the bank.
God bless you and all members of your family.
Fr. Tom Welsh.

actually, you didnt answer any of them...I'd be more than happy to contact the bank, and if your withholding the contact information from me, then legaly, you'd be in a great amount of trouble. So, if you like, you can give the bank my e-mail and they can contact me. Thank you, and good luck in you future endeavors...
