e) Your group contacts telephone and fax numbers if available

With the above requirements at the registrar's e-mail reception, a file code will be issued and forwarded to you.

Thereafter, your application will have to join the application queue waiting for approval by the approval panel by forwarding your group data once again that will only comprises of names,passport numbers and dates of birth of those without international passports along with your e-mail address and the issued file code number by fax through this number +1-623-433-0845.

You shall be notified from the head office by e-mail or by fax with a copy of your group's approval certificate, if your group's application is considered. On the same mail, you shall receive HSWF program application form and the visa application forms from the Immigration lawyer assigned for the processing of visas for applicants that requires entry visas to their chosen host country .You shall be advised with the method of payment for the onward processing of your application and documents.But if your group's application is not considered, you may be notified or not and that will be the end of communication with you.If you fail this year, I therefore advise that you should not loose any hope as the program will come your way again 2010.

 

COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS

 

You will have to fill and return by fax your HSWF and visa application forms along with the first pages of your international passports, approval certificate and payment receipt(s) as proof for the payment of your application process fees.No application will be processed without the payment receipt(s) Therefore applicants are advised to return their forms along with the group payment confirmation for the application-processing fee.

On receipt of above by the head office administration at the head office, you visa processing will commence immediately.The head of Administration will forward your visa application forms, your approval certificates, first pages of your international passports and the official HSWF application confirmation for the program.

You shall be notified by the Immigration service with an embassy appointment through the assigned immigration Lawyer.

On the appointment day, each member of your group will go the embassy for the issuance of your visa seals in your passports while those with passport will receive their UN Emergency traveling certificates. You shall be contacted by the flight co-ordinator with information about your flight schedule and arrangement on where to pick up your flight tickets in your country. Alternatively, the flight tickets can be mailed through secured delivery like FedEx or DHL but the cost shall be applicants’ responsibilities.
