I hope that you will take time and read this my humble request very well and also consider my situation with the reward that I will indicate to you if you assist me to ensure a good life.
I am MR.WILLIAM PAUL, a senior diplomat in Zimbabwe to the troubled president of Zimbabwe (Robert Mugabe) who is presently facing very serious opposition from the M.D.C(Movement for Democratic Change) that have insisted on his stepping down from govt, rather than a peace talk that we allow a room for democracy. At my disposal is the sum of (21 Million)Twenty-one million United States Dollars that was intended to be a payment for arms supply from South Africa, which I was the pioneer of the transaction. I intend to hold on to this fund and use it for my personal benefits, As a matter of fact; I am really contacting you because I am in need of someone who will assist me in investing in your country with this fund. this purpose.
How ever, I am in possession of all the necessary depository documents as I did deposited the fund in a security vault in Madrid Spain. I will not risk calling you on the phone but will always check my mail box to know if you have responded to this humble request, the fund as of the moment is in the custody of a security company in Madrid Spain and is being lodged as a Family Property to avert the heavy charges that it could have incurred if I had it declared to be cash.
