What would you know about the "YSAPS ICOCL CONFERENCE 2006' which will take place in USA from12th to 16th November and in Guinea-Bissau from 19th to 23rd November 2006.
      Some told me that messages like those are from killers or thieves.
         Tell me about if you have information on the Global Youths Welfare.

Earlier I had investigated an "organisation" called YASPS, and warned that it was all fraud.

To answer B.J.'s request I also looked into YSAPS. I think that this is also fraud, and that the same people are behind it, as in YASPS.

YSAPS has/had a website, http://ysaps006.tripod.com. Here is one of the pages:

The pictures of Aruna Lamin and Franklyn Edward are the same as those of Johnson Lyndon and Lawrence Hands in YASPS.:

They have also opened a new website using the name YSAPSC, http://ysapsc.tripod.com. This is/was the frontpage:

This time they used the names Johnson Lyndon and Lawrenc Hands. All these names are false names.

I also found a website for their 2005 "conference": http://ysaps.tripod.com/. Here is part of it:

You will notice that this picture of Franklyn Edward is very different from the picture used in "YSAPS 2006".
