Dear winner,
We are happy to inform you that your winning certificate and affidafit of eligibility has been issued, a copy of the winning certificate and affidafit of eligibility has been scanned and attached herein for your perusal. In order for your fund to be sent to you, you are required to indicate
the means by which the money should be sent to you. We have the following

Bank to bank wire transfer or by certified international bank draft payable to your bank, this will be sent along with some documents in our possession to your address. However, you are to note that whatever option you may choose has a fixed fee attached to it and that you will be responsible to offset charges. 1. The First Option. (Which I consider better)
This option would require the winning cheque been delivered to you via
your address that you have provided in your country and you will in turn pay
in the winning cheque into your private bank account.
Below is the breakdown of your expected fee.
Administrative charges ----------------------------£150 Courier Fee ---------------------------------------£120

2.The Second Option.
This option would require you to provided your nominated bank account
where your winning claims would be wired/trnsfered to you right from here in
the United Kingdom to you in your country. In this option you would be
requested to pay for the cost of transfer (C.O.T).
The above sum will cover the delivery of all the vita documents to
back-up the fact that the money is from your winning the lottery because the
amount in question is a huge sum and it is expected that your government would
like to know the source of the funds,
