Dear Honourable Contractor,
$20,000,000.00 MILLION DOLLARS CONTRACT
PAYMENT FUND RELEASE UPDATE
I will like you to know that your name was forwarded to
my office for the processing of your contract payment and we are very
sorry for not contacting you for the past years to notify you of your
fund.
Your informations will be forward to the office of the
federal ministry of finance where your fund will be approved and
forwraded to my office in which i will then sign the fund release order
that will fully empower the remittance department to release the fund
which has already been programmed in our central remitting system.
I will like to let you know that we have 2 ways in which we
pay our contractors. either through telegraphic bank to bank wired
transfer or confirmable bank draft so you are to choose the best method
in which you want your fund to be paid to you.
The bank to bank
wired transfer is the method in which after the approval papers of your
fund is out,the fund would be wired direct to your nominated bank
account and in 2 working days the fund would be in your bank account,but
you have to know that it is your fund and you are the one to take care
of the transfer charges.
While the second way of paying
contractors which is by confirmable bank draft. Your draft would be sent
to you via presidential courier service which is our means of sending
bank drafts to our contractors, as soon as you receive the Bank Draft,
you are to proceed to your Bank for payment confirmations, while we will
back it up here through our telex transfer confirmation message
system.
The courier company is a seperate body of there own but
just working for the federal goverment of Nigeria they are the one to
deliver your draft once the approval of your fund and the draft is out
then in the next 48hrs the draft will get to you and you will deposite
it with your bank and the fund will be in your account in the next few
days and also note that you are the one to take care of the delivery
charges.
We are to call your bank personally to notify them
about your contract payment because if you tell your bank yourself they
might not take it serious because it is of a huge amount and has to do
with you being an individual and a nation Nigeria. but do not worry
about that, your fund would be ready for payments once you follow all
this instrutions.
I shall call you to notify you of the Transfer
requirements as soon as your Payment is been approved from the FEDERAL
MINISTRY OF FINANCE (FMF) ready from the Foreign Remittance
office.
Be rest assured that all is well and i promise to
personally see that you receive your over-due outstanding contract
payment entitlement in this year's quater payment due to you and as a
man of integrity and honour, I will do all that I can to help you get
your fund provided that you are ready to give me the needed support and
utmost corporation during the course of this transaction.
Due to the fact that we have been receiving emails and phone
calls from different people claiming to be calling on your behalf as
regards to this outstanding contract payment, I have decided to help you
that was why I had to mail to let you know about it.
For your own interest, you are advised to desist from any
other further communication with any office here in Nigeria or your
local attorney/representative(s), because this people help in passing
out informations to fraudsters in which they use in extorting money from
our genuine/bonafide contractors of your kind. From now
on any other mails/fax/calls that is not from this office, do not
respond, for your own safety.

From now on your subject in every of my mails or calls to
you will be BLESS YOU. If you receive any call or mail without this code
BLESS YOU, do not respond. View that attachment for the
full copies of my identities and also fill and return the informations
in the form below because it will help in procssing your contract
payment and also avoid mis-crediting and mis-appropriation of your
over-due contract fund because this bank will not be held responsible
for any mistakes.
