Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

11. Does your organization practice financial disclosure.
12. How does your organization avoid conflicts of interest.
After hearing from you then I will arrange the transfer to any bank account you may provide and while I would be greatful to honour your reply my wish is not to support a specific country, or Africa only and I do not wish to identify a particular specific project but would like to direct the funds to someone like you than to an organization to manage the funds on the ground as this will yield direct accountability from you and reduce admin costs because I have a prior experience in my first attempt to send funds to an organization.
