Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled
"Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for
my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner
or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly
come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of
money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

1. After dispatching the funds to you be able to create an avenue where I will from Know how the funds and that of your organization are being spent.
2. What such programs are my support are accomplishing.
3. Do your organization complies with federal, state, and municipal laws within your location or you practice self helps style.
4. Do you want to designate this gift to a particular project within your organization's mission objectives or do you wish I state an area of accomplishment.
5. After sending the funds can you permit my representative to Visit your office and program sites of your organization to talk personally with your staffs on how the venture of the funds is working.
7. Can you send me a copy of your organization's most recent audited financial statements.
8. Is there a responsible governing board providing oversight to your organization's mission.
9. Are you or your organization have a clear and strong commitment to a certain mission objective.
10. Are your organization's financial records audited annually by independent certified public accountants?

12. How does your organization avoid conflicts of interest.
After hearing from you then I will arrange the transfer to any bank account you may provide and while I would be greatful to honour your reply my wish is not to support a specific country, or Africa only and I do not wish to identify a particular specific project but would like to direct the funds to someone like you than to an organization to manage the funds on the ground as this will yield direct accountability from you and reduce admin costs because I have a prior experience in my first attempt to send funds to an organization.
You might also be interested in "Mawuna Voice of Apple Foundation". a charity foundation founded and funded initially by my daughter last seven years ago before the new (government) political administration in the country came in with politics that most charities swallow huge portions of money donated in admin and domestic expenses and thereby forcing some fast growing charities and foundations including Mawuna Voice of Apple Foundation to hand over the foundation to government for runing and handling commission . This is why myself and my daughter has taken this dispatch discision to dispatch the funds to other God fearing for charities before the government set up an panel to audit our accounts and activities as we are just few minutes away from serving our resign letters as soon as the government takes over Mawuna Voice of Apple Foundation.
I hope there may be some ways we can work together after we send the funds to you now.
