Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled
"Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for
my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner
or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly
come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of
money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear Young,
I will like to begin by way of introduction. My name is frank otto, a native of South Africa, and a seniour employee of the Department Of Minerals And Energy Resources.
I am writing this letter so solicit your cooperation in order to redeem an investment interest currently held under trust with the Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources. The said investment now valued at (Twenty One Million United States Dollars), was originally purchased by one Nelson Young, and leased to the Mining Department of South Africa, in 1987.
Since the maturity of this contract in September 1997, several attempts have beenmade without success to contact Mr.Nelson Young or any of his close relatives,in whose favor the investment cash value can be paid. This is why I am contacting you.
My partner who is the Accounts Director in the same Ministry, and two other colleagues, have initiated the process of filing a claim for this money, with the hope of having funds transferred overseas. Since you have the same last name as Mr.Nelson Young, my partner and I will file a claim for this money, from the Ministry Of Energy and Mineral Resources, indicating that you were appointed by Mr.Nelson Young to be the beneficiary of this fund. When the claim is approved, you as the beneficiary will be paid the sum of (Twenty One Million United States Dollars).
I want to assure you that my partners are in a position to make the payment of this claim possible,provided you can give us very strong guarantee that our share will be well secured, and that you will not take advantage of our position.
Be assured that there is absolutely nothing to worry about in view of this claim. It is perfectly safe with no risk involved, and it is not subject to any inquiry, since my partners will be handling the claim
directly on your behalf.
