Regarding our correspondent bank tax charge,this is our normal banking policy but due to you can't be able to pay the tax in Spain.I'm very straight foward person,what I'm trying to do to help you and your partner may risk my job if our correspondent bank in Spain come to notice that I'm the person that I advised you to write them to reversed the fund to bank of origin Bicici,I may lose my job as it's against our banking policy but due tohow the little girl(Hellen) lamented the day she called me on telephone,I was touched and advised her to tell you to write our bank in Spain to reverse the money back to Bicici so that I can issued bank draft in three places and send to you,that will enable you withdraw the fund in any bank of your choice in Thailand.
I would have love to help you for insurance fee but I'm financially down due to my wife illness,for past 1 year and 6 months I have been taken my wife from different hospital within my country and outside country,I have nothing left with me,all I can do for you is that I will issued three bank draft in your favour which will contain the US$2.6Million but in three portion,US$900,000.00 by two bank draft and then US$800,000.00 in one bank draft.you have to work out US$750 for the insurance company that will insured the bank draft.
I'm not in position to assist you and pay the insurance company that will insure the bank draft.I feel I made things easy for you,instead of paying 1,850Euro in Spain which I know that it's so much money,I now suggest that we do it this way and this is the only way we can do this because this fund was deposited by our late costumer Mr.Watara for onward transfer,the fund supposed to transfer at once not bit by bit.I'm just assisting you the much I can and can not go beyond my power as I'm just a departmental director depending on my monthly salaries.

I highly appreciate your offer,thanks for your kind guesture.I have to be frankly with you,I'm interested in your offer but the problem at this point in time is where do I raise the US$750.00,here is where they problem is.Currently I'm living from hand to mouth with my family due to my wife illness.You supposed to know that if I'm position to raise that money that I would have done that as I'm not the type of person that like talking much.Even the US$350 that a friend supposed to borrowed me,he told me this morning as I called him to wait till monday or tuesday.I don't like to associate with people here,as I always like to stay alone with my family.understand me as your man like am I.I don't need to be telling you much concerning my personal life but bear it in mind that at this present condition that I'm in financial crisis.Hellen,called me this morning but I told her that there's no where I can raise that money and that even the person whom supposed to give me US$350.00 told me to wait till monday or tuesday,I do not go into detail telling her all because she would not understand as she is little girl.

I'm really sorry for your brother got involve in an accident,send my sympathy to him.
I really I understand your position but to tell you the fact,your position as a jobless person is much better than my,if you get to know what I'm passing through here due to my ill wife,I don't think that you will be stressing me any longer.I have informed you how the transfer will be done and that the only it can be done to safe my job or else I'll stand to lose my job,the fund was deposited and was supposed to be transferred at once but due to how you and your partner are stressing me,I was forced to suggested that I made the transfer by bank draft and send to you.
