Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

This is to officially remind you that after the end of the year list of charges against we have decided to carry our your arraignment and prosecution since you have fail to comply with our directives thinking that we cannot do anything, note that we will not tolerate your nonchalant attitude by thinking that the CBP will be involved in any fraudelent activities? I want you to know that your consignment is within our jurisdiction and we have also alert the FBI concerning this consignment of yours. The CBP, DHS and the FBI has been more strenghtened this year to fight crime and criminal and based on your refusal to comply we shall make arrangement for your arraignment and I advise that you get yourself a very good criminal defence attorney.

I have sent you a copy of count charges against you. I am not threatening you rather I am carrying out the rule of law. I have told you severally, Since you are skeptical about this, why don’t you come down to our office which is located at Port Code: 4701 John F. Kennedy International Airport Bldg #77 Jamaica, NY 11430. or CBP Headquarters 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W.Room 3.4A Washington, DC 20229.

I am working hard to make sure you are not charged and sent to jail,I want you to know that that we are not trying to threatening you and do not think that this is an empty notice. I will not gain anything for you to bag life time sentence and this is what you can avoid. I have told you severally that as a custom personnel here, I have tried my best to give you the reliable information concerning the conditions of your consignment in a bid to help you but if you feel it is not enough than your presence, then you can go ahead and come but that means when you find yourself in these situations I have stated, it may be late for me to assist you. Professionally, I will advise you to go ahead and pay the fee which from the wealth of my experience in this field, is going to be your last payment so that you can have your consignment delivered successfully.

I have nothing to gain when I misguide you because I don’t know the area you could be of assistance to me in time to come because we cannot predict tomorrow. I will be grateful if one appreciates a good help which may be enough to the other. Been a government office, I lose nothing in telling you the truth that will benefit you rather it is rewarding to me to do so. I know when it is about to end, it is always difficult especially in a matter of expenses but have courage and be strong.

Like I said before, to avoid breaking the international rules of engagement, you will have to make the payment en route the country of origin where your consignment came from and send us the payment details, once your payment is confirmed, your consignment will be delivered without any further delay.
