Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear Sir,

I am Engr:Ricky Douglas(drricky45@gmail.com ) the Chairman Contract review panel of Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) I am writing to plead with you to allow me solicits for your assistance in moving some Funds out of my Country for our mutual benefit. You have no reason to be AFRAID whatsoever. Only if you can assure me of your sincerity that you will not run away with this Money immediately you receive the Funds. We will also discuses the percentage as soon as I receive your reply.

Please, I want you to keep this matter top secret to avoid jeopardizing the arrangement I have put in place for a smooth conclusion of this project. Be informed that this panel was set up and empowered by three factors: The President Of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Members of G-34 and the Honorable Members of the Judicial Panel, to review and subsequently recommendation given on all duly Executed Contracts awarded to "Foreign & Local Contractors" during the Eight Years Tenure of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, This panel has discovered an over-invoiced contract sum to the tune of One Hundred and Twenty Million Dollars USD$120,000,000.00).

We further traced the Origin of this sum and found out that it was deliberately over-invoiced by the then "Contract Awarding Committee before they were dissolved.

As it stands now, I am very confident that the Government has no knowledge of this sum; neither does the dissolved committee have any access to the said Funds again. We still have almost one year to conclude duty and it is only then that I shall give official reports and probably refer some of this over-invoiced contract sum back to our Federal Government's Treasury. It is in the light of this that I decided to confidently contact you urgentl so that we could perfectly present you or your company as one of the "Foreign Contractors" that Executed a contract for Nigerian Government, and I shall recommend only US$17 Million Dollars (USD$17,000,000.00) to be processed and Transferred into your personal Account or company’s Account that your will provide.Or The $17Million Dollars can be Release to you through Dipolmatic Baggage to your Address pending my arrival to your City.

Thereafter, I shall refer back to our Government's Treasuary the balance of One Hundred and Three Million Dollars (USD$103,000,000.00). We have carefully worked out the strategies to secure all the necessary DOCUMENTS in your name or your Company’s name and there is no room for failure because we are still at the head of Contract Review panel and Payments Recommendation, it is only our report that counts as long this Committee is concerned.

If we have understood ourselves and believed with trust that we could do this DEAL together and move this sum of Seventeen Million Dollars (USD$17,000,000.00) TO YOU, then forward to me the following information;
1. Your full names
2. Your confidential address
3. Your direct Telephone and fax numbers.

Note: that we have closed every track that might lead to any leakage and trace of this fund so be rest assured that there will be no problem of any kind.

With Much Regards
Engr: Ricky Douglas
Chairman Contract
Review Panel (NNPC)
