Hello, Am sorry I have been very busy that why you have not been able to reach me on the phone. Below is the Clean bill form ,I will want you to fill it and send it back to me by the end of today so that we can start with the legal slip for payment to be made to you. Once I have this form filled by you along with the Probate Letter fee which has to be added along side your payment slip, then this will be taking to the Board of Compensation Trustee office. On submission of your information to the office, you will then have to provide us with an offshore account or your Business account where you would want it to be sent to.
Probate Letter fee is 240 Euros
N.B: Make sure you print out the form and fill it then scan it and send back to me asap.
