My New Friend, My name is Miss Sandra Kolleh i was born on 25th April
1986 (24) years old, i am single and never married, 5ft 10 inches Tall,

early morning and killed my father with my mother in cold blood
with two of my brothers and my
younger sister.

because i was not around when this was happened, i was in my First years
studying BUSINESS MANAGEMENT in the University of Liberia
and i managed to move from my country Liberia to the following West
Part of Africa country Senegal
where i am living now in a Catholic Orphanage Home as a refugee.Dear

Dearest,
I got your email and the attached letter from the bank.
This morning, I went and collected the documents from the Parish Rev. father . I
have scanned and attach the documents here. I also asked what they mean by Power
of attorney and if they can
give me contact of lawyer who can arrange the other two documents. The person
whom I called said that power of attorney is a legal document that would be
written by a lawyer, stamped, signed and sealed in Dakar High Court.He said this
will give you the legal powers/authority to claim the money from the bank on my
behalf on the status of foreign partner.
They gave me contact of two
lawyers I can go and meet for the work. I have discussed with one of them. He
said the legal document is not for me but for the claimant/investor and
therefore you should contact him directly to officially request and his
chambers' legal services on the matter.
The name of the lawyer is Barrister Keita Fatoumata (Esq.) The name of his chamber is ALPHA & ALPHA CHAMBERS

So write to him with your full name/address and tell him that your are the
trustee/investor to Miss. Sandra Kolleh who has discussed with him about power of
attorney and Letter of Administration from Kaulak
Municipal. That you require his legal service to write power of attorney that
will give you authority to claim $7, 934.000.00 from from African development
Bank- Senegal on my behalf. To prepare a legal documents that would give
you authority to transfer the money to your bank account and invest it for
me.
