Jamira Nhiany i am 24 years old from Khartoum Capital of Sudan and presently i am residing in the refugee camp here in Dakar Senegal as a result of the killing of my family by the rebels during war in my country. please don't be discouraged for hearing this.

My late father Engr. Noni Nhiany who was the President/chief executive officer of Nonican Petroleum Company Ltd, of the Republic of Sudan. The brutal killing of my mother and my father, took place one early morning by the rebels as a result of the civil war It is only me that is alive now and I managed to make my way from the help of the red cross society to the West African country called Senegal refugee camp here in 14 Rufusik Ave Oakam North, 12 km from the capital city of Dakar Senegal .....which i will be out this time.

I would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and what you are doing presently. At the same time, I want to tell you more about myself. Honey, with trust and the love that i found in you. I have not been to your country before but I will like to come there to meet you. I am staying in a refugee camp. This Refugee Camp is headed by a Reverend Father Richard david whom i used his office computer to send you this email and i only enter his office when he is less busy. This camp It is just like one staying in the prison and I hope by Gods grace with your help i will come out of this place soon. I do not have any relatives whom i could go to now. Rev. I have already contact the bank and told them my plan to claim my late father money which he deposited with there bank as the next of kin, and bank told me to look for foreign partner that will help me transfer the money because of my refugee status and the law of this country. I have document's which will help me to claim the money with my partner that will help me to transfer the money into his bank account. I want you to understand that i did not contacted you by accident, before, my mind tells me that you will help me out and after i contacted you i told Rev. Fr. Richard david, about you and he prayed for me then after the prayer he told me to go ahead that you will help me, so those are the reason why i contacted you for you to help me receive this money in your bank account to enable me come over to you country and start a new life over there.

When i first contacted the Bank for the money, they advice me to look for a foreign partner who will help me receive the money on my behalf since i am still in the refugee camp and again i have no bank account where they can transfer the money. Even if i look for any body here in Senegal to help me receive the money in his or her account, the government will demand too much tax from the money due to my condition here, if care is not taking i might lose the whole of the money to them. Firstly all this mentioned documents by the bank gives you the legal authority to represent me, The problem is how to get this documents which I have see the mail writing from the lawyer. He will first, draft the power of attorney bearing my signature, and empowering you to act on my behalf. Secondly, The same lawyer will represent us to get the affidavit of support from the federal high court here, he will stand to take an Oath on our behalf, which also will be fully signed by the federal magistrate bearing the signature of a notary public.
