You can only
pay customs on pick up when the
delivery address is that
country and also the port of entry,
but as long as the packages is
just on transits in the port, the packages have to go through each country customs checks and every country customs have their laws governing them. So i want to know if you are sending the money or you are sending your customs friend to Port Fourchon, Louisiana, United States, because when a package or container stay long in custom possession it is not good the early the better.

That is the reason why i said you should send the money down to our office in Canada so that they can clear things up for you, we have different method of handling things, because of our few connections in the world the box have not been input on the computer that it was impounded, but the more customs officials are aware of it the more eyes will be on it, remember your two consignment boxes was tagged a Diplomatic Box so we did not check the content of the box, but most times when we do check it especially when the
box is coming from a Top Government Officals from this Arab countries we always notices it is phyiscal cashes inside it, but because we charge them more and we carry our job with first priourity, we do not touch anything, we have carried several box that contain money for the Late President Muammar Gaddafi and his children of Libia, and even Muhammad Hosni El Sayed Mubarak formal president of Egypt, so you have to listen to me with your two ears open to avoid too many complications and to avoid the United State Customs service check the content of the boxes please do allow us to process everything, unless you have a bigger connection in the United State Government and Military on how to secure the content of the boxes from letting it go public and always remember it is coming from an Arab country with no Legal Documents about the source of the money so you are putting yourself in serious
