Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Sir,

We write to inform you that your consignment arrived the Toronto Airport 4days ago. All efforts to reach has failed. In order for us to release your consignment we urge you to respond either by email or via telephone +1-647-608-2300 Mr Ken Phillips. As soon as we receive funds from you we will be able to obtain the release of the consignment and then proceed with a local flight directly to Saskatoon. We had to fly down here due to security reasons. Your airport was very tight and then we decided to take this airport for safe landing and to be able to bring out your goods with minimum presure. We do not want the Canada customs to scan your consignment. The earlier you respond the better.
I look forward to your reply.

Well we use the name of an Consulate and customs did not scan it. The package is declared as a family treasure for the Ambassador of an African country. I want you to leave that with me. Can you come down to Toronto and take possession of the consignment? I need to know . Or go ahead and send the flight ticket for myself and my colleague.? It will help me to make an informed decission. Please understand time is not on our side. You must act now.
David Robinson.

I am not sure you understand the way diplomatic courier works. You are not a diplomat. If the consignment is scanned and they discorer the content is not what we declare, You maybe charged with money laundering.
We landed here just to be on the safe side of the law . Unfortunately we do not have the resources to pay for the charges required to move the consignments to your home province. If you want the goods to be directed to your physical address you must send money to enable us settle the logistics and buy a ticket. We cannot just redirect an insured and expensive goods . You have to follow the due process.
We need funds to executive the rest of the responsibilities here in Toronto.
