With all due respect to you and your organization I apologize for keeping you waiting for this response, it is never a deliberate act rather due to reasons you already know.
I was officially involved in getting the release from detention of some of the Labour Union leaders who where arrested during the last strike in Nigeria in the month of January 2012 for the increase in the price of fuel. I confirm receipt of your two emails sent through my private E-mail barr.tunde-obasanjo@qatar.io but I could not reply you from there due to too many attachments.
Your mail was dated Thu 2/02/12 of which I have noted all content and to proceed officially under due process, here are my requirements. I will need a retainer agreement for 10% duly on your company or private letterhead and signed by you. I shall also need another letter of Deduction address to the Governor of CBN Mr. Sanusi Lamido Sanusi asking him to deduct all official fees/taxes and make transfer to your Bank Account of the balance thereof.
Permit me to say here that the two letters shall be submitted in Court for official deliberation/notarization at a fixed cost to be paid to the High Court after which the Governor shall be mandated by the High Court to deduct and to ask you for any up front advance fee. On my part I shall now be empowered to secure all covering and clearance documents in your name and submit to the CBN after of which I shall send you the originals via Courier at no additional cost as this will be in recognition of our agreed 10% retainer.
In may interest you to know that no body, office or unit will accept my representation of you without the mandate from the High Court so let me know if you accept this process and I can also accord you the content for the two letters so you copy and transfer in your letterhead before returning to me. This is the only process I guarantee and recommend to beneficiaries I represent, waiting for your call as soon as you receive this message. Attached you will find copies of my identification as i expect also your details and ID.
