My name is Samuel S. Fong; and presently I am working in the one of the China's Fastest Growing bank Fubon Bank, where I am responsible for Audit and Operational Risk of Hong Kong Division. My contact with you is regarding the estate of a personal client who is now late but share the same surname with you and an investment placed under our banks management many years ago. In the summer of 2000,Thomas Hassanhad an interest yielding private account with us valued at US$ 22,350,000.00, Based on my advice, we spun the money around various opportunities and made attractive margins for our first months of operation, the accrued profit and interest stood at this point at over $8.8 million United States Dollars. In mid 2002, he instructed that the principal sum ($22.350M) be liquidated because he needed to make an urgent investment requiring cash payments in Hong Kong. We got in touch with a specialist bank in Hong Kong Nanyang Commercial Bank (SCB) who agreed to receive this money for a fee and make cash available to Mr.Hassan. However Nanyang Commercial Bank got in touch with us last year that this money has not been claimed. On further enquiries we found out that Mr.Hassan was involved in a plane crash in Mainland China. He has no next of kin, he died interstate hence the reason I am writing you.

I propose that since I have exclusive access to his file, you will be made the beneficiary of these funds. My bank will contact you informing you that money has been willed to you. On verification, which will be the details I make available to my bank, my bank will instruct NCB to make payments to you. You do not have to have known him. I know this might be a bit heavy for you but please trust me on this. For all your troubles I propose that we split the money in half. In the banking circle this happens every time. The other option is that the money will revert back to the state. Nobody is getting hurt; this is a lifetime opportunity for us. I would want us to keep communication for now strictly by the above Email.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
At this stage I have exclusive access to the files of The Late Thomas and I will be instructing a local solicitor here in
China whom I have initially contacted to prepare all the documents in your name i.e. Affidavit of testament of WILL including probate letters stating you as beneficiary as well as next of kin and sole executor to his estate (which includes cash). This will then be put in late Thomas's file and presented to my bank for verification and immediate action. Based on my ground work, the funds transfer to you will be approved and then authorization given to the Nanyang Commercial Bank to make payment to you. The solicitor that is going to prepare the documents does not know the full details of the transaction as I have only informed him that I am helping a deceased client's relative to pursue release of inheritance that is due to him/her. He has charged me a huge amount for his services and I intend to pay it so he can immediately prepare these documents and we can have this transaction commence without any further delays. I need you to follow and adhere to my every instruction and do exactly as I will advice for success to be gained. You must let me direct this project for us to have achieved the step by step anticipated procedures to ensure the success. This is not negotiable my friend as we go into partnership. I am delighted to inform you that the documents required for the completion of this transaction are ready. Like I had promised in my previous correspondence, please find attached the documents which I had instructed a solicitor to get i.e. all the necessary documents prepared that have to be in file. I have had to do all within my powers to ensure that all is done legally and perfect so we do not encounter any problems within a brief time as I instructed the solicitor to expedite the process. The documents attached are as follows; Probate letter showing your status as beneficiary and co-executor to Late Thomas's assets, Transfer instruction transferring funds from my bank to the Nanyang Commercial Bank,sworn Affidavit of Attestation at the Higher Peoples Court in Guangdong and a receipt of payment to the solicitor.

These are Documents to show that should anything happen to Thomas, you were to attain the responsibility of Beneficiary of the funds. Now that all the documents have been prepared, I have inserted all this documentation with my bank (Fubon Bank) and they would instruct Nanyang Commercial Bank (NCB) to immediately contact you. These documents have all been prepared and inserted in the file so NCB would not be asking for proof rather they would be notifying you of your inheritance which you are not meant to know about. I am sending you copies so you understand how we are in progress. Please note that inheritance tax has since been abolished here in HK so you would not be subjected to any form of taxes except in your country and I would let you know when to send my share was transfer is completed.

Note that the main documents were backdated so that it reflects that it was instructed and signed by Thomas himself before he passed away. Fubon Bank will now instruct the Nanyang Commercial Bank to make payment of the said sum immediately to you. So you will be contacted by The Nanyang Commercial Bank and informed that money has been left for you by Thomas. This is supposed to be the first time you are hearing this like I mentioned above you would tell them you were distant relatives. They will then tell you the procedure for making an application for the release of the funds.

The Solicitor who has secured the attached documents requested that his fee for this instruction is HK$273,500 (Hong Kong Dollars) and I have since paid these charges upfront to avoid further delays and to expedite the process. I am not a wealthy individual but had to do this as a matter of necessity and I have incurred serious debts to settle this which has left me completely empty and broke for now. I have no worries as I know that the funds I have spent so far would be replenished in a thousand folds. I will be keeping all my receipts as this will all be deducted as expenses before we share the money in half. I am also attaching a copy of the receipt for your records. Please keep these documents very safe and away from everyone. This is it now; I believe that you will be contacted in a few days.

I cannot sleep at night anymore. I am so excited; I have waited for this all my life and this breakthrough which I do not intend to miss.
