Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Hello I am so happy to have sent this mail to you because right now there is war going on here in Libya. my name is Kissa  Madondo, 22 years old, i am not married and i have no kid. i learn how to speak English very well in school here in libya before the war started.
I am writing this mail to you with tears and sorrow from my heart. With due respect trust and humanity, i appeal to you to exercise a little patience and read through my letter i feel quite safe dealing with you in this important issue having gone through your remarkable profile.

I was born and brought up in libya over 22 years, my family live in libya so many years peacfully with out any problem and i have not been in my country Cote D’Ivoire since i was born,  my late father Mr  Musoke Madongo,  was a successful business man here in libya and he travel a lot in Africa and Europe country. my late family were also among the victims in Libya and i am the only survivor in my family. please you can go to the CNN.COM news or BBC.COM   news for more details about war going on in my country.

I traveled to Senegal with the Senegalese citizen from Libya my country becuase of the war, then i wanted  to withdraw my late father  money $10.5 Million Dollars, so that i can take care of myself and start a new life, on my arrival to Senegal, the bank manager whom i contacted by mail told me that i need someone to stand for me as my beneficiary that is why i contacted you. i will give you 50% please just for you to help me receive my late father money $10.5 Million Dollars, or you can come to Senegal where i stay so that, we can make the transfer into your account immediately.
You should reply for further arrangement and our communication through mail and phone,you can reach me through the chief security  officer phone, i stay in the  women hostel here in Senegal because of my condition, please call him and ask of me, he will sent for me to answer your call.  ( Mr Dioff  +221-773285613 ). I dont have any relatives or friend to assist me here.

Please i will like you to keep this proposal as a top secret and  i will send you full details and the bank email contact so that, you can contact the bank manager and ask him more about the transfer.
