Dear Sir,
RE-NIGER STATE 2011/2010 CONTRACT AND FUND AWARD REVIEW PANEL OF INQUIRY/ FIRST AND SECOND QUARTER OF THE YEAR PAYMENT APPROVAL BY NIGER STATE GOVERNMENT.
This is to formally inform you that the verification process of the Contract file in which your name appeared as its payment beneficiary has been concluded and following the conclusion of the verification exercise by this Commission as a result of prompt re-confirmation of your personal data as requested, the Contract file you appeared as its payment beneficiary was submitted to the office of the Executive Governor of Niger State Dr.Babangida Mau’Azu Aliyu for formal approval of the release of the contract sum to you.
Today being Monday 25th June, 2012 the release of the Contract sum $25,000,000 [Twenty five Million USD] as valued was approved by his Excellency Dr. Aliyu the Executive Governor of Niger State in your favor.
In the approval Certificate, the authority of this Commission were charged by his Excellence to work out modalities with you for the release of the aforementioned amount to you within the confines of the law and a given frame of time. In view of this instruction, the authority of the Commission decided in an emergency meeting held this morning having consulted with the State Government Bank management [ Access Bank Plc] that the $25Million will be transferred to your Control through the following means:
[1]Internationally acceptable ATM VISA CASH CARD to be linked with the account where the Contract Sum[$25Million] will be deposited into in your name.
[2] Electronic Wire Transfer into beneficiary designated Bank Account
As stated above are the means members of this Commission voted to release / transfer the contract sum to your control as its beneficiary, therefore, you are expected to elect from the two [2] options given above to receive the approved fund.
In accordance with the mandate of this Commission as the only legal constituted authority by Niger State Government charged with the responsibility of coordinating the release of funds to the State Contract fund beneficiaries, you are under obligation to acknowledge this mail within the time expected owing to the fact that this Commission is expected to conclude arrangement with the release of this huge contract sum to you within the given period of time. .
The Contract you emerged as its payment beneficiary was not awarded by Federal Government of Nigeria, hence, be wary of elements who parade themselves as officials of Federal Government and Central Bank of Nigeria with a false mandate of releasing none existing funds to unsuspecting individuals to avoid being taken advantage of in your quest to get the $25Million you appeared as its payment beneficiary release to you by Niger State Government under the supervision of this responsible Commission.
Niger State Government and members of this Commission will not be held responsible if you fail to heed to this advice as your communication for the release of the aforementioned amount to you should be limited to this Commission alone as a legal constituted authority by Niger State Government to coordinate the release of funds to the State Contract fund beneficiaries.
The Commission implore, you to adopt a proactive approach in dealing with it for the release of your fund to enable it / its members discharge their duties honorably. The Commission official address is under construction and will be ready soonest therefore, bear with the Commission for using its temporary yahoo address to communicate with though is secured but once the official email address of the commission is functional the Commission will start utilizing it in communicating with you.
