After due consultations with the Chief registrar and the commissioner of oath at the Federal High Court, the commissioner of oath informed me that it will officially cost the sum of US$170 dollar only to notarise the power of attorney, but poverty alleviation levy imposed by government of Senegal on any investor in the country in the category of such fund income is US$420 dollar which must be paid to Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS). The payment receipt would be tendered to the Federal High Court before the power of attorney is notarised.
