Darfur.Unfortunately my father was wickedly poisoned to death by his business
associate on one of their outings to discuss a business deal in oversea. When I
was about trying to come over this irreparable loss in my life, Satan was let
loose again and civil war broke out in my country. Civilian massacre became
uncontrollable and my dearest mother fall a victim of the civil war.
Irrespective of my dilemma, I have always held out my utmost belief and values
which I was brought up. I love harmony, children, mostly the disadvantaged, and
to give back something to the world which I am a part of, I have bestowed it
upon myself to give happiness to those that need it and share with those that
have it. I love reading,jogging, music, movies, outing, but must of all, I love
dealing with honest people
Please listen to this,i have my late father's statement of account and death
certificate here with me which i will send to you later, because when he was
alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank which he used my name
as the next of kin, the amount in question is $8.6m (Eight Million Six Thousand
Dollars) So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and
from it you can send some money for me to get my travailing documents and air
ticket to come over and meet you in your country and continue my Education. I
have map out 10 % for any expenses that might occur during the transfer of the
money,20% will be for you for your kindness and support, while 70% will be for
me and i will also need your help to invest my own part of the money because i
do not have idea about international business. I keep this secret to people in
the camp here the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is
like a father to me.

Sequel to the email we've received from you in my law firm here on how to prepare some legal documents of the high court here in Senegal for you and your partner (see above).
My finding from the Supreme Court, which was informed by Justice of the Federation here in Senegal to transfer documents from one country to another are usually: power and sworn affidavit.
The high court in regard of the needed documents
Then here is the cost stated that contributes to the above amount:
$420 Dollars for authentication of power of attorney
$285 Dollars for taking possession of the sworn affidavit in federal high court here before it is valid
$240 Dollars Letter of probate from the High Court of Justice in Senegal where your partner is residing.
$185 Dollars for notary stamping at the notary office (before they leave the Supreme Court) and our legal processing fee of $120 Dollars
The total money is ( $1,250 Dollars only) to get everything ready.

I wish to bring to your notice that the meeting/conference with your lawyer from Senegal has come to a successful end. In this respect, i wish to furnish you with the following. The accounts department has been instructed to effect the transfer of the sum of 8.628 Million United States Dollars into your account which you will have to confirm into your account within 72 hours. In the course of our meeting with your lawyer, we deliberated about the security of the money if transferred into your account because the following documents are lacking to back the money when transferred into your account.
1. ANTI DRUG CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.
2. ANTI TERRORIST CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.
3. ANTI MONEY LAUNDRY CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE.
These three hard documents need to be provided and sent alongside with the transfer of the money into your account to prove and signify that the money is free from and none drug related, money laundry and not government stolen money sent abroad, not meant to sponsor terrorism as you are aware of the global war on terrorism, drug trafficking and money laundry. To this end, we with the consent and approval of your advocate have deemed it necessary that the provision of these three crucial documents are made available and sent to us before the final transfer takes effect.
These three hard documents has to be processed in the Sub Secretariat of the Economic Community Of The West African States in Gambia fully signed and endorsed by Miss Favour Kane Williams the legal next of kin.

He has been in Gambia since yesterday and this Evening he called to give me the feed back on the cost of the certificates. He has already submitted an application in your name and we are expected to meet up the requirements for the certificates to be issued within the next three working days. Through my personal discussion with the bank's director of foreign remittance department, who is directly involved in the transfer of all accounts to foreign beneficiaries here in the bank, he spoke with me in full assurance, recommending that since the money has now been place on the transfer list to a foreign country, we should provide those documents within days to cover the origin of the money before the British homeland security and treasury departments finds out that the money is not covered. He explained to me that a situation like this had led to confiscation of someones entire account in the past.
Based on this revelation,I see reality in what he is saying.
I highly recommend that you send this amount to them in Dakar today.
This will help my co-lawyer to submit an application and to enable them to go back to Gambia on Friday or Saturday Morning to sign the documents and send it direct to the bank here in London through courier service delivery latest Monday next week and note that i have over stay here in London.
