About myself, my name is Roseling Zemah. I'm 24 years old girl and never married. I'm from Sudan, North Africa, but now in Senegal due to the civil war in my country. I'm living in St. Louis Catholic Orphanage camp here in Dakar Senegal. My family were all killed during the crises in my country. My late father Dr. Nelson Zemah was in politics. l managed to run to this country Senegal where l am now. In this female hostel where i live, we don't easily go out. It is like staying in prison and i want to leave this place. Most of my relatives died during the war and some ran away, and i can't find them. The only person that helps me some times here is Reverend Father Fred Simon Emiel who is a reverend father here. He is like a father to me here and it is with the computer in his office that i check my mail, because i help him sometimes to type some church readings. I want to come out of here, please I will need your help to come over to your country because i don't want to continue with the situation here. I want to tell you this please. When my late father was alive, he deposited three million three hundred thousand US dollar ($3.3m) in a bank with my name as the next of kin. I have his statement of account and death certificate here with me. Please i want you to help me to transfer this money to your account in your country so that you can send me some money from there for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over there to meet with you because i have nothing with me here to do any thing.

I don't want to go back to my country because I'm afraid of the enemies that killed my family, that is why i am here now. Hello dearest

How is everything with you today. I hope all is fine with you, I am very happy as i checked my mail today and see a copy of response from the bank about the transfer. I forwarded the bank's mail to you now. I hope you will read it to see what they said and the documents they needs from us for the transfer. It gave me a lot of hope to know how every thing is going on now, believing by the special grace of God we will finish this soon so that i can leave this place and come over to your country where i can start a new life with freedom.I am thinking about the documents the bank needs.

As i told you before, dearest, I have with me here the statement of account and the death certificate of my late father but the problem now is the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath because i don't have them here and the bank said it will be endorsed by a Senegal lawyer where i am. You know my situation here, i don't know any lawyer here. I told Reverend about it now to know if he can help us find a lawyer here who can get the power of attorney and the affidavit of oath for us and he told me he will try to help me find a lawyer here. I am very glad as i write you now and i thank God for everything. I want to tell you that i have got a lawyer with the help of Reverend about the documents that the bank needs from us for the transfer. I am sending you the lawyer's contact details now, for you to contact him. I and the Reverend meet with the lawyer this morning, and explained everything to the lawyer, for him to help me to get the power of attorney and affidavit of oath, which i will use to transfer my late father's money to my foreign partner account. So the lawyer told me that i should tell you my foreign partner to contact him personally because he will need your personal information to prepare the power of attorney, as you are my trustee, to enable you act on my behalf. He said that is the procedures of writing the power of attorney. So i am giving you the lawyer's contact details now, for you to contact him and know the type of your information he need from you.
