Compliments of the day to you, Hope this mail finds you in good spirit though i know you are not in good spirit due to the situation on ground. But believe me you, i have a good heart and so please lets not fail to understand that faith is what determines a man's ability to achieve a higher height in life.

I received a mail, from the management of the payout bank informing me about your proceedings with the bank and this transaction. Please i want you to understand that you need to open and activate a new account with the bank that has been assigned to handle this transaction and not the bank in your country. More-so, no individual can receive this amount on your behalf this is because of security reason's. I know that if you cannot provide the requirements by the bank, you are free to forfeit this offer. I would have settled the account set up fees on your behalf a long time ago and as soon as informed me but we have all our resources budgeted due to my CHARITY PROJECT BILL that are rising daily and also so many other bills, at the moment, i am in India on a Charity Project for the Less Privileged. Now that your donation cheque is about to be issued, we believe it's only wise for you to take this a little more seriously. I hate to react this way, we want to see you take a bold step of faith and then we can be rest assured that you are fully capable to handling this donation. Finally, we would like to know if you already have any charity projects in mind to utilize the donation funds for so that we can advise you accordingly. However, you can be rest assured that whatever projects you decide to embark upon, you have our 100% support. I want to believe that you will do the right thing not just to change your life and the life of your family but also the many less privileged people all around you and many generations yet unborn. We can only but anticipate your full cooperation and we look forward to a positive response from you soon.

I understand that the account opening fees is fully refundable so I see no reason why that should be a problem. It is imperative that you open an account with the payout bank as soon as possible so that they can clear your donation cheque and wire the funds to you before weekend. If you will not be able to open an account with the payout bank, then am afraid there is nothing I can do to help you receive your donation, because all this requires funding too. I know that you feel reluctant in sending the bank the fees required to open an account but the bank management has already assured me that the account opening fees is fully refundable and will be refunded to you should you decide to close your account after the donation funds have been wire transferred to you. You are man and i believe you can fight hard to get the required funds needed by the bank. The ball is in your court. When i was still your age, i do my best to meet up with situations that come my way. Do you think it was easy for me to receive my £148.6 Million. I was also told to pay some fees by the bank and government.

We do hope and believe that you have a good heart to help the poor, and we have not regretted donating this money to you because we trust that you would be able to put the money into good use to set up projects that will improve the standard of living of the poor and needy all around your region. One thing I have to tell you. Dear Friend, your destiny lies in your hand right now and it all depends on you to take a bold step and become successful in life. I am an old man and all this money will not be reasonable if I keep them to myself it will be of no use because i might die soon. So I want you to be very wise and go and look for money to fix up the account opening fees as soon as possible. "A word is enough for the wise"
