I need a personal assistant to assist with daily tasks and duties. This person must be exceedingly well organized, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, while remaining flexible, reliable, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Someone who can handle my business & personal errands at his/her spare time. I am constantly out of town as I own an art gallery in London, but will be in the states a month from now so this process will continue till then.

Responsibilities
Mail services (Sort, track and handle correspondence, receive my mails and drop them off at Fedex or USPS)
Manage official paper and electronic records
Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, and other professionals
Run personal errands and help with personal matters such as shop for gifts
Bill payment (pay my bills on my behalf)
Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

I will love to meet up with you to talk about this job but I am currently away in Europe on business, so there will be no Interview. I will prepay you in advance to do my shopping, cover your weekly pay, and cover my bills. All expenses and taxes will be covered by me. You will probably work between 15 to 20hrs a week and you will be paid $500 weekly for your services. You are required to follow the instructions given to the last. I will provide clear set of instructions for each task I need done as well the funds to cover them.

I will also have my Mails and packages forwarded to your address. If you will be unable to stay at your home to get my mails, I can have it shipped to a post office near you and you can pick it up at your convenience. You are allowed to open the packages you recieve on my behalf to reveal its content. Which most often will be art materials, paintings, clothing, business and personal letters.

I will meet up with you when I return and then we can talk about the possibility of making this long term. Let me know if you are able to handle the position. I hope to hear from you soon. I will email you the list and pictures of what to shop for when I am ready. No Heavy package is involved!
