I went to the bank this morning to verify your claims on the bank as expected, and the transfer department of the bank told me that your claims are correct and valid, therefore I have accepted to work for you. I also went to the High Court of justice to ascertain the cost of the Power of Attorney and Sworn Court Affidavit. From my inquiries from the bank, I was made to understand that there are four documents required by the bank before the transfer of the money to your account:

1. A copy of the Death Certificate of her late father,

2. The Deposit Certificate,

3. Power of Attorney and,

4. Affidavit of Oath.

The bank also made me to understand that the first two documents had already been submitted to them by your partner, and they also said they have vetted the documents submitted by your partner and certified them as valid. It is now remaining the two legal documents which are the Power of Attorney and the Affidavit of Oath which will enable the bank proceed with you on behalf of your partner. I also went to the High Court of justice here today, where I went for the legal documents, they had to ask me a lot of questions because of the amount of money involved, and I was able to answer all their questions satisfactorily. Below is the cost breakdown of the legal documents as given to me by the High Court Bursary:

b. Stamp and Authorization: €150,

The above is payable to the High Court Bursary Department before the legal documents will be issued to me.
