Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

The Anna Lindh Foundations PEPFAR Small Grants Program provides small grants to community based organizations that improve the lives of orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC) affected. Services to children (0-20 years) could include ensuring access to basic education (from early childhood development through secondary level), broader health care services, targeted food and nutrition support, including support for safe infant feeding and weaning practices, legal protection and legal aid, economic strengthening, training of caregivers and prevention, and home-based care, etc.
 
It is designed to help communities help themselves. Under this program, projects must originate in the community, and the community must make significant contributions to the success of the project, such as land, labor, money, materials, ongoing supervision, and other resources. We are looking for requests of any amount however from individuals, corporate bodies who need finance to enhance their business. The project ranges from $100,000 to $2,000,000
