I discussed this your letter concerning this international passport issue with the reverend now.The reverend told me that the passport will cost me the sum of ($220). And i don't even have a single dollar with me here.
My dear,i am not planing to get an international passport now,because i don't have any money with me here,my plan is for you to send me some money from that money to process the international passport after the transfer.
