Hello my dear,
It is my pleasure to write you today. How are you today ? I hope that
you are doing well with all your families and friends It gives me a
lot of joy and happiness to write to you.
As i told you before , my name is Miss Juliet Mugabo, I am from
Rwanda, in Central Africa, I was born on 10th of March , 1990. I am
single and never married , average in height, 55kg weight. I am the
only surviving daughter (child) to late Dr Mugabo Oti. I lost my both
parents during this deadly political war that damaged thousands of
innocent souls in Rwanda. My family was among the first target of the
rebels because my late father was a successful businessman and also a
politician supporting the present government when the problems was
about to start.
But i managed to escape for my dear life and i ran into a neighboring
country,(Dakar) the capital of (Senegal) with the help of the United
Nations peace keeping force and i am residing in a church orphanage
home here in Dakar Senegal. Meanwhile, I am sending this mail to you
now, through the Reverend father office computer (the minister in
charge of the church in refugee camp) and I will like to know what you
do for a living,remember that you caught my attention in that site
that was why i wrote you at the first time.
I have much to tell you. However i want to know if you are willing and
ready to help me so i can smile again. To help me become somebody in
the society. To give me a better life. Something has been bothering me
and i have kept it to myself because i am afraid to disclose it to
anyone. I am afraid of betrayals. I am afraid someone might take
advantage of me if i should disclose it to anyone. I have been praying
to God to give me someone who will not betray my trust and confidence
in him/her. Someone who will not cheat and deceive me. I am very much
afraid. But if you will promise me that you will stand for me as a
father brother, a friend indeed, good Samaritan then i will open up to
you.

My one and only,
Like i told you before i do not have freedom. Been in refugee camp is
like been in prison.
Honey ! how are you today ? how was the night, hope fine? mine is cold
over here in (Dakar) Senegal due to is about 21c, in this camp were we
are not allowed to go out of the camp it's just like one staying in
the prison. The only opportunity for me to communicate with you is by
using reverend father office computer as a result of my duty to keep
the office clean every morning. I don't have any relatives now whom i
can go to. all my relatives ran away in the middle of bloodiest crisis
that rock my country RWANDA down to square one. The only person i have
now is reverend father James Duke who is the Minister in charge of the
church in this camp ( CHRIST DE SAVIOR MISSION). The reverend father

he has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with
him. Rather i am living in the women hostel. Because the camp have two
hostels one for men and the other one for women.The reverend father

refugee here i don't have any right or privilege to any thing or
whatever because it is against the law of this country. i am willing
to join you over there in your country if it is your wish. But the
problem here is that i lost all my traveling documents when i was
running for my dear life and even my international passport i lost it
as well. And remember my condition here is not good and if it really
touches your heart you can make a little donation for me to buy some
food, cloths, soap and my period mensuration pad. I believe that the
purpose of life is to be happy. From the moment of birth, every human
being wants happiness and does not want suffering. Just make sure i am
free out of this refugee camp. Then what you have to do now is to
contact the reverend father the minister in charge of the church in
the refugee camp on what it will take or cost for me to move out of

I am willing and ready to come and spend all the days of my life with
you, please contact the reverend father. I want to go back to my
studies because I only attended my first year before the tragic
incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.
Please listen to this, I have my late father's statement of account
and death certificate here with me which I will send to you
latter,because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in
a leading bank in London which he used my name as the next of kin,the
amount in question is $6.7 (Six Million Seven Hundred Thousand US
Dollars). So I will like you to help me transfer this money to your
account and from it, I can travel to meet you and live there with you.
Remember since i came here in this camp i keep this information as a
secret to myself. The only person that knows about my secret is the
Reverend because he is like a father to me.
So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and
do not tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life. And also
the money if people gets to know about it. Remember I am giving you
all these information due to the trust I deposed on you.
