Like you sad no body have the access to your atm pin code number even the bank so is not possible for anybody to make a withdrawer or deduction from the card to covered the payment of the shipment and insurance fee is not possible, and you know without the payment is not possible because the money you will send it what the paying bank will use for the payment of the shipment and insurance fee covering your atm visa card as the beneficiary

Base on your explanation to me that you have fail into victim a lot and I want to prove to you that everybody are not the same and I am a woman and I must to respect my dignity as a woman and cannot tarnish my image because of money, am highly respectable woman and I cannot involved myself into scam,

For that reason and your request I will help with the one I have make sure that the card is send to you once you received the card make a withdrawer and retuned back my money to me.

But I have to let you know that am not capable to pay all the whole money for you , am just secretary and I have family I take care off.

I will help you with the sum of 300usd and I want you to get the balance of 380usd and send it to me through western union money transfer if you are ready I will direct you now, but if you cannot provide the balance of the 380usd there is nothing I can do rather to ask the paying bank to cancel the card to avoid fraud.
