Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

scammed in any part of the world, the UNITED NATIONS in Affiliation with
WORLD BANK have agreed to compensate them with the sum of $2.5 Million
Dollars each.

These includes every foreign contractors that may have not received
their contract sum, and people that have had an unfinished transaction
or international businesses that failed due to Government problems
etc. we found your email in the list of those who are to benefit from
these compensation exercise and that is why we are contacting you.

You are advised to contact Agent in charge Mr.frank ez, he is our
Delivery representative. Contact him immediately for your ATM Card,
This fund is in form of a ATM Card for security
purpose, So he will send it to you and you can make withdrawal in
