Crystal Owner Inc is internet electronic money exchange service. Now, we
are hiring customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to supervise e-currency
exchange process and solve any possible problems that our customers might
face with precision and efficiency. Customer Service Representative is a
temporary position from home. New team member receives short-term
on-the-job education, lasting for 4 weeks. Traning period is completely
paid. This is a base wage position, monthly pay making up $2950. Company
provides 5-7% bonuses for exceptional performance. Note that the full-time
occupation is also possible after trial period.
POSITION PROSPECTS :
Work prospects for Customer Service Agent are thought to be good as we are
opening office in the US in July. Starting from July, there are many types
of emloyment: part-time and full-time work from home and full-time office
job (for New York city residents). First month of the probation period is
mandatory a part-time with the chance to move to a full-time based on the
performance of the trial. Applicants with strong driving force and basic

JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise a large range of E-currency exchange
rates and processes within the online environment every day;

Supervise the exchange operations from FIAT (regular money) to E-money and
back;
- Operate with customers, provide them with full information
concerning the services, payment and benefits of the company. All
communication is via the e-mails, and we find customers. It's not a sales
job!
PREFERENCES :
- High communication and interpersonal
abilities;
- Background in work in customer care is a plus but not
mandatory;
- Basic computing and office programs knowledge;

The Supervisor will assist you at every
step in the beginning of the probational period and instruct you how to
work with currencies and clients. You will be required to keep him/her
updated concerning the work progress and report on the fulfilled
