First of all how is today around you and hope you went to church
service today. Over here we had a wonderful service today. Hope all is
well with you and your family.
Back to our project , I have gone through all that you stated therein
and reading your mail am rest assured of your person that we are to
work with you sir ,.
The area of your business that you are to carry out well I will like
you to invest this fund upon that area but I cannot decide until I
meet up with the wife of my late client and explain to her as you
stated therein so same tomorrow I will update you back too .
To the questions you asked I give answer as fellows.
1) There is no other person involved if not the wife of my late
client and her little kids that is to say she is the only one sir.
Like I explained in my details email to you this very fund is the
only one that left for her as the family members of the husband sit
on all properties of which they do not know anything about this
deposit expect the wife .
2) She is from West Africa and the late husband is from United Arab
Emirate and oil Merchant
3) This fund in question is a proceed made by my client while still
alive as an oil Merchant .
4) The Expectation of this family is to invest this fund into any
lucrative venture proposed by you as long as it is what you will
handle and profitable as well. And the family will love as well to
move in within the country the fund were invested upon that is to say
if you are to invest this right in your country then the family will
love to move in the moment we are done in moving the fund in question
to your custody .
5) There is no other family member if not the wife of my client and
her little children's. No other person if not I the family lawyer.
Please sir how you are okay with the answer given and if there is
any area I did not touch on please you should let me know so that I
will explain to your best of understanding.
Please sir this issue of not paying money or paying money sir I do not
see any reason for such because we have not asked for such and that
was not why we contacted you sir please as it stands now we duly need
to build up this relationship to be rest assured to each other
been the most important issue in all sir.
I do not see what that will be paid out to actualize this that you
will come up to compare it sir with the fund in question. Am so much
careful as long as this is concern because this is the last and the
only hope of the surviving family of my late client so I will not be
happy if our trust will be robs on mod.
Back to the issue you raised which is right as your raised and I
want you right here now that as it stands we are not asking you
for money first of all we duly need to be rest assured of your
person and I cannot shy away from the truth please along the line if
there is any need for your help which I do not think of you will be
updated but as it stands now the family is take care of things ,.

read from you with your full address so that I can be able to draft
the agreement and send across to you sir . You go through and
endorsed, while we proceed.
I will visit the family first thing in the morning to update all my
communication with you and as well to hear what their response to this

Sir,
First of all how is your day hope all is well with you . Am sending
out this mail to update you how I went about tofay , meanwhile
attached to this mail is a copy of the Drafted Agreement signed by
the wife of my late client and I as well and also a copy of the dead
certificate of my client .
I sent out this agreement for you to sign and return back to us here
while you keep your copy for record purposes sir .
Once again I want to bring to your notice here that same today I
viisted the Firm where the deposit was made by my late client as
you duly knows the wife have officially inform them of this
development and I went to the firm to know the procedures which I
were informed that this have to go through court to make it official
.
We are to secure and affidavit to thsi regards to officially and
legally present your person to the firm as the very one who will come
up for the collection of the deposit.
To that regards am to carry out a visit to the court so as to know
how to go about the affidavit and you will be updated of which the
moment that is done you will be contacted by the firm .
Sir this is how I went about today and I look up to read from you with
the signed copy of the agreement for our records here .

Sequel to our last conversation, we have succeeded in making a solid
arrangement to finalize this transaction. Due to delays and
bureaucratic bottlenecks, we have arranged with the banks involved to
pay you through cash delivery system by a fiduciary agent who will be
moving the funds Cash to Montreal Canada. He is very experienced in
cash delivery system of this mode, and will also help you with his
contact in Montreal Quebec where you will be required to fly to and
meet up with him to open a new account with the Royal Bank of Canada
(RBC) where he has a very good contact.
The funds will be deposited to the account after clearance and you
can be able to make transfers outside Canada to any destination of
your choice.
The name of the fiduciary agent is Mr. Michael Williams; you have to
follow his instructions to the letter to ensure the success of this
transaction. He will be calling you before he departs from London and
also call you once he arrives Canada. He will be the one to advice you
on the process to follow and any other directives to complete the
transaction. This arrangement has been completed and sealed. So we
