ATTENTION:
Dear Sir,
Your attention is hereby drawn to the fund verification, processing and approval granted by this honourable court in favour of your overdue payment.
The court after series of investigations and verification of the delays associated with the transfer of your funds, by virtue of the mandates included in Annex IV for the approval and release of beneficiary's fund, the Royal Court of Justice after due consultations and by the power conferred on the court has hereinafter referred the Bank of England to effect the transfer of the total amount of: US$6,850,000.00 to your bank account upon the compliance of your statutory obligation.
Prior to the execution of this court mandamus for the release of your of your fund payment, the court injunction and or purposes of this payment Agreement where the provision applies without distinction between the Royal Court of Justice, the Bank of England or you as the beneficiary of the fund the fund should be transferred to the beneficiary's bank account upon the settlement of the Court Authorization fee of$2,000.00
Whereas the Royal Court of Justice has taken a decision in accordance witho C(CN CF) 8550 of 08/21/2018, authorizing the immediate release of your fund, you are hereby advised to settle the processing fee in order for the court to issue Final Payment Authorization for immediate transfer/release of your fund.
The settlement of the fee for the issuance of the Payment Authorization Letter to the Bank of England to effect the transfer of beneficiary's approved fund is made mandatory but In the case of non-compliance of this court decision/request by the beneficiary and fund owner, the Court or the Bank of England is under the obligations and reserves the right to cancel or revoke the payment as a result of the beneficiary's refusal and inability to comply with court injunction/order.
Consequently, the Royal Court of Justice encourages you to be law abiding by settling the court processing fee to enable the Bank of England to execute the transfer/payment of your funds with immediate effect.
