Dear Miss
Young,
I thought
I'd share a short little episode with you for your great site. I took
the name of one of Howard Sterns irritating guests, Mark Harris (http://www.akamarkharris.com).
I usually like to string these scammers along with a few of ol' Mark's
horrible pictures and showtunes...it makes for great fun!
I usually
like to bate longer, but this guy was getting under my skin. So I zapped
him with a great revenge link. You'll have to read below...
(I also
made it a point to call him Enema in each letter)
Keep up
the great work! (and I'll take an autographed Miss Young photo when
they're available!)

Subject: This letter must come
to you as a big surprise
Date: Mon, 24 Apr 2006
Greetings,
This letter must come to you
as a big surprise, but I believe it is only a day that people meet and
become great friend's and business partners. My name is Mr.Emme Harry.
the present branch Manager of a bank here in Benin Republic West Africa.
I write you this proposal in good faith, believing that I can trust
you with the information I am about to reveal to you. Like I said, I
have a transaction that will benefit both of us, as your assistance
is required as a foreigner. I use to head the Accounts department in
my bank head office, but last December I was asked to take osition of
a Manager of our branch in Cotonou who passed on, so that was how I
became the present Manager and discovered a fortune. As I resumed duty,
I discovered an account with total sum of $18.1
million that has not been operated on for the past 3 years. From
my investigation, I found out that this account belongs to one Late
Mr. HAJI EL JAMAL ZOUE, a citizen of Lebanon who died on the recent
plane crash in Cotonou Benin republic on the 26th of Dec. 2003 You can
seach the Webside;http://www.cnn.com/2003/WORLD/africa/12/26/benin.crash/index.html I
have kept a close monitoring of the account since then and nobody has
come forward to claim the money as next of kin to the Late Mr HAJI EL
JAMAL ZOUE, meaning that no one is aware of the account. I cannot directly
take out this money without the help of a foreigner and that is why
I am contacting you for an assistance to claim the funds and
share it with me. As the Manager of my bank branch, I have the power
influence the release of the funds to any foreigner that comes up as
the next of kin to the account, with the
correct information concerning
the account, which I shall give you. I am seeking your co-operation
to present you as the next of kin to the account. There is practically
no risk involved, the transaction will be executed undera legitimate
arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law. If you accept
to work with me, I want you to state how you wish us to share the funds
in percentage, so that both parties will be satisfied. Contact me as
soon as you receive this message if you feel we can work together, so
as to give you more details.
Thanking you in advance and may
God bless you.
Please, treat with utmost confidentiality.
I wait your urgent response.
Meanwhile, I will like to speak
with you on phone for more information.
Please you are to keep this transaction
a top secret in view of my sensitive position at the bank.
#NOTE: These are required of
you.
(1) Your full Name.
(2) Your personal phone number.
(3) Your Address
Thanks and have a nice day.
Best regards,
Mr Emme Harry

111 killed in Benin plane crash
Friday, December 26, 2003 Posted: 11:15 AM EST (1615 GMT)
COTONOU, Benin -- Rescuers are searching for survivors after a Beirut-bound
charter jet crashed on takeoff from a coastal airport in the West African
country of Benin, killing at least 111, officials say.
About two dozens bodies and the plane's cockpit were found on the beach
after the crash, which occurred Thursday afternoon as the Boeing 727
took off from the airport in Cotonou, Benin's commercial capital on
the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
Two boats approach the wreckage from the plane crash
near Benin.

I made it a point to call
him "Enema;"
it just seemed to fit!
Dear Harry Enema,
I am interested.
I don't have a phone, I have
a TTY because as I've aged, I'm hard of hearing.
I could certainly use the money,
as my latest scrotum surgery has left it difficult to walk long distances.
I look forward to your response,
Mark Harris

I avoid the phone issue by
telling him I went deaf. I was hoping he'd ask me for some song samples.
Alas, he never did. This Enema was all business.
Dear Enema,
Do you have a TTY or a teletex
system? as that is how I communicate on the phone. I can't hear, as
my eardrums were perforated in a bizarre gardening accident. So while
I cannot hear very well, I do fancy myself a singer -- especially show
tunes. If you'd like, I will send you a few of them.
So, my friend, it is best if
we communicate through e-mail. Thankfully, it has become the dominate
form of communication on the planet, givng someone like me the opportunity
to communicate with millions. I do have a number you could try -- it's
my TTY, but who knows. It is (240) 525-XXXX. My family is no more, as
I am the only one left. My company is my family as far as I am concerned,
as we sell many of my CD, cassettes, and videos before I went deaf.
I make a lot of money off of them and have appeared on numerous syndicated
shows in the US to sell them.
All the best,
MH

I then decided to have
Yahoo close his e-mail address by reporting his sorry a$$
to them.
Whoever this joker is, he keeps
signing up for free e-mail addresses and attempts to scam people. It
makes Yahoo look bad...
It looks like Yahoo closed
him down, so he went to Yahoo.it. Plus I told him my family was dead...how
insensitive.

Whatever.
I didn't feel like playing the game any longer with this one, so I sent
him one of the most vile links out on the web. It's not one I'd recommend
that you click in a public place, but it's a great one to send to scammers!
It's not a virus, but it's a script that runs on the browser that opens
a series of gay porn pictures and yells in a booming voice, "I'm looking
at gay porn!" over and over. It also opens your e-mail and pre-fills
out a bunch of e-mails.
Now, all
of this can be stopped in one of two ways: (1) hitting the stop button
on your browser, or (2) turning off the computer. If you want to give
it a try, be my guest, but I've warned you!
I've tested
it, and it gave me a bit of a mess to clean up, what with all the explorer
windows and e-mails it opened! what a great way to zap a scammer in
his/her internet cafe!
Needless
to say, I never heard from Emme (Enema) after this...
Hi Enema,
I will fill out the documents that you've requested.
All I ask is that you visit my site and tell me what you think:
