Please on one note, it is important to introduce myself with the purpose of contacting you.
I am Diby Koffi Charles, Ministre de l'Economie et des Finances de Cote d’Ivoire , Afrique de L’Ouest.
There is a transaction I had at hand to conclude with you base on your mutual interest to participate accordingly as owner of the funds.
The transaction is this: there are some funds in amount of ($25Million United States Dollars) which I extracted out from Federal Government treasuring account through our Ministry payment approvals at central bank for some contracts which had been executed and moved the funds to the central bank offshore corresponding bank at Span where the contractors can easily receive their remaining balance payments. But hence I did not want to be exposed to the Spanish bank as the owners of the funds to avoid our cabinets Minister’s jeopardize or scandalize my job/political carrier and seize the whole funds, I decided to look for a foreigner like you who will bearing the owner of the funds at Spanish bank and instruct their foreign remittance department to wire the funds direct to you own bank account.
Note: I extracted the funds out through our Ministry of Finance payment approvals to the contractors who constructed an International Airport in our new capital here in (Yamoussoukro) Cote d’Ivoire , Afrique de L’Ouest.
Therefore, if you are interested to conclude the transaction with me, kindly confirm your mutual interest by giving me a promise that you will not expose me out to the Spanish bank even over there in your country, so that I can be save at the end of transaction.
on the receipt of your assurance of my own securities over the transaction, I will then direct you how to contact the Spanish bank through our central bank.
Meanwhile, you are thereby advised not to have any discussions with any associate concerning this transaction for they may contribute 100% hindrances to the releasing of the fund at Spanish bank because after the swift confirmation of the funds into your own bank account, I will quickly prepare a resignation letter and submit to the authority here and come over there with my family to establish with my own percentage.
