Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am invited to an employment program and offered a job abroad. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never get the job, because it never existed. Most of these letters are spread via dating sites.

Thanks for your mail and interest to participate in the United States Rebuilding of Hurricanes Affected Cities in the United States.  We would be glad if you could help in recruiting workers with sound mind. We are in needs of large numbers of people who will be ready to work with us.

 

 

The United States rebuilding of hurricanes affected cities program will provide an excellent opportunity for pro-active youths, non-employees and job seekers who have the mind to work. The USRHACP has made available a number of sponsors opportunities alongside this rebuilding program.

 

This rebuilding program is designed to give focus on youths, groups and Association valuable contact within the sector.

United States Rebuilding of Hurricanes Affected Cities Program, (USRHACP) under the auspices of World Rehabilitation Program (WRP) and USA Freedom Corps, (USAFC) are informing groups, youths and youth-focused organizations to take an active role in the forth-coming rebuilding of hurricanes affected cities program. It is not open for every body, to you the opportunity to produce for us an active group from your participate as we only accept participants under recommendation but since your recommendation comes from one of our colleagues we shall give sector.

 

The forth-coming rebuilding of hurricanes affected cities program registration is scheduled to take place at 1150 15th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20071, United States of America via the secretariat office of the rebuilding committee.

 

The Rebuilding of hurricanes affected cities program is been organized by United States Planning Association (USPA) and is been sponsored by our independent donors, and pro-active organizations, World rehabilitation Program (WRP) and USA Freedom Corps, (USAFC). This program is dedicated to all UN-EMPLOYEES World Wide Over where our invitation will be extended to.   Any group receiving our commendation is entitled to participate in the Rebuilding Program regardless of your religion, belief or color.

Only group or companies are expected to participate together as a group from each country and none of them will be less than eighteen years.

 

The independent Donors, Pro-active Organizations and the (WRP), and (USAFC) will take care of your entire flight tickets, your feeding and accommodation in the United States. Visa support will also be render to participants that require entry visas to the United States, by assisting them to obtain their visas authorization here in United States, from the United States Bureau of Consular Affairs.

 

If you are interested in participating in the rebuilding of hurricanes affected cities program, you are advice to forward the names and passports numbers of your group or companies, together with your country of origin and residing address to the secretariat office of the rebuilding committee:

 

As soon as your detail reaches us, we will open your participation file and also forward you our application form. Please ensure that you provide us all the necessary information within the appropriate deadline, which is  December 28th 2007, now extended to 18th January, 2008.
