I have not received your response to my message; this is to let you

released into your account. for this to happen we have to settle the

past experience by following my directives to receive your fund. As
agreed by the Presidency all contractors are mandated to produce a
"Presidential
Permit Instructional Release Order and F.G.N Immunity Cover Bond" to
the bank to enable the bank release their fund before the end quarter
of the year. This certificate will only cost you as the
contractor/Inheritance beneficiary the total sum of US$19, 500.00 as
being calculated by the authorized official in Presidency. In this
case, since you have made it clear to me that you have lost money
severally in the cause of pursuing your contract fund for over years
now as I can read from the record in archive; I have to let you know
that you were in those years dealing with individuals who cannot come
up to defend your curse as a foreign contractor with the NNPC.
However, this time you have to forget all your past experience by
following my directives to receive your fund. As have agreed by the
Presidency all contractors are mandated to produce a "Presidential
Permit Instructional Release Order and FGN Immunity Cover Bond" to the
bank to enable the bank release their fund within this last quarter of
the year. This certificate will only cost you as the contractor US$19,
000.00. In this case you have made it clear to me that you have lost
money severally in the cause of pursuing your contract fund for over
18yrs now, I have to let you know that you were in those years dealing
with individuals who cannot come up to defend your curse as a foreign
contractor with the NNPC.
I will let you know where and how I can help you in settling this
charge because I do not want the Federal Government to know that I
offering you this assistance with interest, I have open discussion
with my foreign banker on how possible to get this amount ready for
you to pay the charges with 30% of your total contract sum as my
settlement once you received it into your account. Every arrangement
has to be made from your side or you can freely travel down to my town
where I will give you adequate security until you sign off your fund
release early next year once you get the certificate.
I wait to hear from you as soon as possible to know your final
decision for me to carry on.
