How was your night over there in your country and the day,i believe you had a nice night and that the atmosphere over there in your country is very nice today? Mine was a little bit warm over here in Dakar Senegal.

My name is Mercy i am (23yrs) but age doesn't matter in a real relationship,so i am comfortable with your age,I am from RWANDA in Africa,5.4ft tall, fair in complexion, single,(never married ) and presently i am residing here in Dakar as a result of the civil war that was fought in my country some years ago.

My late father DR.Elliot Evans was the managing director of Evans COCOA INDUSTRIES (Ltd) in KIGALI (the capital city of RWANDA,my country) before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and my father in cold blood.

It was only me that is alive now and I managed to make my way to a near by country SENEGAL where i am leaving now as a refugee under a Reverend father's care and i am using his computer to send these message to you.

I like faithful, caring, kind etc and dislike unfaithfulness, dishonest etc my hobbies are cooking, reading music , sports etc and i would like to know more about you. Your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and what you are doing presently. I will tell you more about myself in my next mail. How are you? How is your day hope fine.?.
Mine is a little bit warm over here in Dakar Senegal
In this camp we are only allowed to go out from the camp only on few
days of the weeks.Its just like one staying in the prison and i hope
by Gods grace i will come out here soon.I would like to tell you straightaway
about myself because,I tried to search the web when Someone told me i could
always find solutions to most problems through the web. I really would like
some piece of help or advice from you because i have seen that this gathering
is made up of widely-experienced men and women. I don't have any relative now
whom we can go to all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war the
only person i have now is Reverend Simon Johnson
who is the pastor of the (Christ the King Church ) here in the camp he
has been very nice to me since i came here but i am not living with him
rather i am leaving in the women's hostel because the camp have two
hostels one for men the other for women.
The Pastors Tel number is (+221- 771708472) if you call and tell him
that you want to speak with me he will send for me in the hostel. As a
refugee here i don't have any right or privilege to any thing be it
money or whatever because it is against the law of this country.I want to
go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the
tragic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place.

Please listen to this,i have my late father's death certificate and
his deposit certificate here with me, because when he was alive he
deposited some amount of money in one of the leading banks in Europe which
he used my name as the next of kin,the amount in question is $3.7(Three
Million Seven Hundred Thousand US Dollars). So i will like you to help
me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some
money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to
meet with you. I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only
person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father
to me.

So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and
don't tell it to anyone for i am afraid of loosing my life and the money
if people gets to know about it. Remember i am giving you all this
information due to the trust i deposed on you.I like honest and
understanding people,truthful and a man of vision,truth and hardworking.
My favorite language is English cos is our country language but we
speak french here in Senegal .Meanwhile i will like you to call me like i
said i have a lot to tell you.

efforts to help me out of my situation and to help transfer the money to your
position pending my arrival to meet with you,it shows you are a dependable and

my spirit convinced me that you are my bone and my flesh,i have never loved any
body this way or told any body about this money, the only people that knows

the lawyer agrees to help us)
I thought it's the only thing the bank will need from us but since they
need the power of attorney and
the affidavit of oath from the high court here in Dakar Senegal.
I have informed the Revrend about it and he gave me the contact of this lawyer
below, according to the Revrend he is a registered lawyer in the United Nations
Camp here and he is also a registered member in (Senegalese Bar Association) who
will help in preparing the documents for us.
Please i will like you to contact him through email or phone today or tomorrow
because according to what the bank requested, the documents that is the power of
attorney and affidavit of oath are going to bear your name and,when you are
contacting him, tell him
that you are my Foreign partner and you want him to
prepare a power of attorney in your name to enable the transfer of my (Late)
father's ACCOUNT IN ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND to your account in your
country.
