We received your filled Grant processing formyou sentand have been on the processes towards payment of your Charity Grant fund. We have also received approval for the payment of your Charity Grant fund from our board of trustees, vide our board of trusteesGCF Approval list dated 2nd May2008for thePVYX Category that you selection falls into.
Sequel to the approval list received, the concerned voucher officer in this PVYX Payment Team have been directed to raise a payment voucher that we need to dispatch to(Lloyds Bank) the payment bank here in the U.K for PVYX Category, that will effect transfer of your Charity Grant fund to your nominated bank account with BRADESCO S/A Brazil.
As is the procedure in our processing payment to beneficiaries, I have sent payment advance notice(PAN) to the payment bank(Lloyds Bank) and they are only waiting to receive the payment voucher to enable them effect transfer to your account.
Meanwhile, as required by relevant EU laws herein the U.K which we have already incaucated into our payment procedures in order to achieve smooth and hitch free payment of Charity grant fund toPVYX Beneficiaries. You are required by the relvant EU laws to secure an EU Indemnity Bond certificate. Hence we normally request beneficiaries to secure this certificate to enable usattachthis certificate to the approved Grant processing form and the payment voucher that will be dispatched to the payment bank(Lloyds Bank), to avoid the payment bank(Lloyds Bank),denying or refusing transfer of Charity Grant fund of beneficiaries to their nominated accounts in their respective countries.
Again, Global charityFoundation also requires you to secure an Insurance Guarantee bond
The Insurance Guarantee bond that youhave beendirected to secure is to cover the refundable part of your charity grant fund and the EU Indemnity Bond certificate you have been directed to secure also , is in accordance with European Union AMLA( Anti-Money Laundering Agreement) signed by EU member nations, and a European Union Act 487 section 63b signed by EU member nations in Brussels early this year, to combart money laundering, drug money movement and movement of terrorist funds, which requires individuals or organisations requiring receipt or transfer in their name, into or out of EU member nations, to personally apply and secure an EU Indemnity bond certificate registered in their name.
In view of the above, you should contact the accredited Indemnity Bond Certificate agency whose details I have stated below, to secure the EU Indemnity Bond certificate that will be attached to the approved Grant processing Form and the payment voucher to be dispatched to the payment bank(Lloyds Bank), so that the transfer and receipt of your Charity Grant fund will not be denied due to your non possesion of the EU Indemnity Bond certificate.
The agency also doubles as International insurance undewriters. Thus, when you establish contact with the agency, do also request them to prepare an insurance guarantee bond alongside the EU Indemnity bond certificate.
Please not that the agency will require you to pay a fee of £100 (British pounds), to obtain their forms, complete and return to facilitate the issuance of the EU Indemnity Bond certificate to you.
When you establish contact with the Indemnity Bond agency, keep me updated so that I may guide you accordingly, whenever the need arises.
