Tanks for your quick reply and acceptin te fact.Your fund documents was brought to my desk for proper investiation since each time it is your payment turn, it always cant go,reading on the system :NO MATC FOUND: until i discover the reason it has been like that for a some time and the officers in charge keep on demandin for one documents to another but to no avile, thinking that was the problem, not knowing the genesis of the fund or the history.In accordance with the tone of your previous mail, i want to beleive that you where not aware of the source of this contract fund.
You might have spent money in the past without good result because you coursed it. The only problem you have not receive this fund, is you. You have refused to open up to the officials how you came about this money and as such, no body knows how to be of help to you, but I promise you, it will be a different case now, a problem known is half solved ,ok?Like I said in my previous mail, you barely know the source of this fund, just the little info you received by officials to stand as the authorized beneficiary of the said fund, and you put a claim without knowing source of the fund. Incase you may know, this fund as acquired from an over invoice contract payment which the real contractor has been fully paid; expect the over invoiced to shared with you after wards. But most of the officials who planed strategize ran into tin air. This is to openly say that this fund does not belong to you, but to government. I am very sure of this, my investigation has proven it and it is the truth, expect you don’t want to admit, then I will fill my official report to my office, but if you are ready to achieve this aim with me as you said, I have given you my 100% guarantee that this will be a success if you can only adhere to my instructions. I saw this as an opportunity for me and my entire family, which is the reason I do not want to report officially to my office (Office of The presidency) because of my personal interest to share the fund with you (50/50) Please, always remember,You must keep our communication secret until this fund is transferred into your account,We must share this fund 50/50 for our selves.and you must disregard every communication with all representatives over here and our offshore centers to avoid mistakes in this process.
To achieve this aim, we must work collectively as a good team not leaving any stone unturned to get thing done, I don’t bit around the bush that is why I have told you categorically that you did not execute this contract with the federal government, but you received some vital information which was not enough to make this payment.

I will proceed to the office where this contract was originally executed to verify on how to obtain the rightful contract number that will match this payment for release. Like I said in my previous mail, the reason this payment has not been transferred was that the rightful contract number is not in your payment file, so any time is your turn to receive the fund, it always read in the system, No match found, then your payment file was brought to my office for proper investigation, until I find out the reason but did not officially report to my office that you are not the authorized beneficiary of the said fund because of my interest.

I will get back to you immediately I come back; Please draft the agreement between us with your letter headed paper of our sharing mode (50/50%) for my endorsement to avoid any problem once the fund is transferred into your nominated bank account. Meanwhile, forward to me your private telephone number to call immediately I return.
