Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

Miss Young
Sir,
I am Honourable BarristerMark Oty,a solicitor at law personal attorney to late Engineer B. P. Young, a nationality of your country, who used to work with Shell Development Company here in Abidjan Cote d'lvoire.
After Shall Development Company be referred to as my client. On the 21st of April 2003, my client, his wife and their only daughter were involved in a fatal car accident along Nouvissi express Road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there lives. Since then I have made several inquiries to your embassy here inAbidjan Cote d'lvoire to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved unsuccessful.
After these several unsuccessful attempts, I decided to track his last name over the Internet, to locate any member of his family hence I contacted you to assist in repatriating the fund valued at US$64,800,000.00 dollars left behind by my late client before it gets confiscated or declared unserviceable by the BIAOAbidjanCoted'Ivoire, where this huge amount were deposited. The said Bank has issued me a notice to provide to them the next of kin or have his account confiscated within the next days.
Since I have been unsuccessful in finding his relatives for over3 years now, I seek the consent to present you as the next of kin to the deceased since you have the same last name with him, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you as the next of kin to the depositor.
Therefore, on receipt of your positive response on this claim, we shall then discuss the sharing ratio and modalities on the transfer of the fund. Meanwhile I have all the necessary information and legal documents needs to back you up for the claim.
All I required from you is your honest cooperation to enable us see this transaction through. I guarantee you that this will be executed under legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the law. Please get in touch with me through this e-mail for more details about the claim.

Subject: Full Details of the Claim.

Dear Miss Young,

I thank you once again for your zeal to help me claim this fund. The Almighty God will forever bless you. This is the beginning of a wonderful union between you and me.

I have taken you as a brother and also a friend so we have to know each other very well. We have to really work like one family to have this goal achieved.

Please you have to keep this transaction very confidential so that nothing will jeopardize its successful conclusion. Also we have to work very fast so that the transfer will be effected before it is returned to the government reserve as an unclaimed deposit.

At the conclusion of this transaction you will earn30% percent of the total fund and 10 % percent will be map aside for any expenses that might occur in the process of the transfer, while 60% percent will be for me and my family. We would come over to your Country for the investments of the fund, as soon as the fund hits your bank account for the sharing. I intend to invest my share in opening a charity foundation for the less privileged in the society.

Subject: a bank diplomat

Dear Miss Young,

According to the present bank professional arrangement over our transaction, a bank diplomat would be coming to Netherlands any time from now to deliver the fund US$64.8m dollars to you.

The diplomat did not know the contents of the boxes for security reasons, his service to the transaction is only to deliver the boxes to you in Netherlands so please do not let him know the contents of the boxes.

The bank financial consultant in Netherlands would help you deposit the fund in any bank of your choose for onward transfer to any bank account you wish.

You would pay the total sum of ¤4,750.00 euro to the diplomat as the diplomatic charges to his service to the transaction.

Please pay these charges to the diplomat immediately he arrives in Netherlands because that was the arrangement he made with the bank before he accepted to come to Netherlands.

After you have paid this money to the diplomat he would deliver the money boxes to you and the bank financial consultant would immediately take you to any bank of your choose for onward transfer of the fund to your bank account.

Thanks

Subject: Thinking....

Dear Miss Young,

I understood your meaning but I cannot change the situation of the transaction now, the only thing I can do now is to meet with the bank tomorrow to see what they can do to the situation.

But for me I will prefer you go to Holland so that you can handle everything about the transaction by yourself.

The fund is too much we can¢t trust it in every men¢s hand for security reasons, think about this and see if I make sense.

Thanks

Hon. Barr. Mark Oty
