Thanks for your kind acceptance to help my client Beatrice as her foreign partner, however I have enclosed Five required vital documents for your notice, and also a Power of Attorney procured yesterday at the Supreme Court of Justice here in Ghana which you have to print, sign and send back to me for registration.

I also called the director of the Goldmines Investment Company Ghana, that a Claim has been made concerning the Consignment of Miss Beatrice Ayivi and I would want them to commence on the shipment as soon as the Legal Documents has been Confirmed, however I informed them that you are far away from here as a matter of fact, you are not in position for any kind of up front payment, therefore they should ship the Consignment through their Agent either in Europe or Asia, so you have to tell me where would be convenient for you, is it Asia or Europe, because they don't have agent all over the countries around the world.

Do reply me with your opinion together with a signed copy of these Power of attorney which I have sent to you for me to register it immediately and obtain the Legal Documents immediately.

Note: My Legal Charge would be paid immediately after the Transaction but any other fees during delivery would be your responsibility.
