Objet: Date Postpondment.

TO ALL PARTICIPANTS:

We wish to inform all participants to the forth coming international
conference that we have regrettably changed the date of the conference
to sympathize with all our participants who haven't yet completed
their registration for the visa processing to attend the conference.

The chairman of Transworld Youth Organization. During the executive
meeting today, the chairman made it known that the Conference
scheduled in United States will be held from ( 13th to 17th April 2009
) and Dakar,Senegal will be held on ( 20th to 24th April 2009 ). This
is done to give our participants a chance to be organize themselves
before the new conference dates.

We apologies for the delay inconveniences this may course you, groups
and organization who have registered for the events. we have notified
the air line (AIR FRANCE) and the hotel officials about the change of
date. For those who have not yet obtained their visa or group visas,
they still have the chance to participate as they have to forward
their requirements to continue the process of their respective
traveling documents.

The venue still remain the same. Thanks for accepting our apology.
