I write to let you know that I haveto receiveyour information beforepreparing the report.It would beforwarded to the law firm. My report will state you as the closest surviving relative. The law firm will notify Citi Securities that they have been able to locate a family member of my late client. The report from the law firm to the security company is FINAL and will not be doubted. The transfer of the credit to you will be done in accordance with strict rules of intestacy.
When Citi has received and reviewed the instructions from the law firm, they might contact you by Email or Telephone for the title transfer process. In any case, we do not have to wait until you are contacted by Citi. Three days from when i receive your complete details, you should proceed by contacting Citi by email; citi-security-service@live.com. In your email, you should state your name and address exactly the way you sent it to me and you should state in your email that you need information about a certain deposit that was made by a relative of yours with Citi. You should give this information as a reference (BSA-2006/12XMS) in your correspondence with Citi. You will not be asked any questions about the family ties between you and my late client. This is because privacy is a watch
word for Citi they respect privacy. Citi might ask for a copy of the Certificate of Deposit that was issued to my late client when the deposit was made. I have a copy of it and will send it to you when it is needed. You SHOULD NOT, under any condition send a copy of the Certificate of Deposit by Email, Fax or Post to any other person since that is the only document that substantiates your claims and authenticates your relationship to my late client. If any other person gets a hold of the Certificate of Deposit, the person is liable to file a claim and successfully collect the deposit so you should keep the Certificate of Deposit private and confidential as our contractual agreement states.

I am writing to inform you that the law firm got an acknowledgment message from the finance company stating that they have received the instruction document for the title transfer. The finance company will proceed with the title transfer to you and contact will be made using the information you sent to me.
The finance company has received letters of administration of my late client's estate and the title transfer will begin with the finance company establishing a correspondence with you. What you have to know about this deal is that a search unearthed you as a "residual beneficiary" of the estate so the news about it to you is supposed to come as a surprise to you, although you are aware that William Schifferli is late and also has a deposit with a certain finance company because he once mentioned it to you some time ago. If you are ever asked, you should say William Schifferli sent you a scanned copy of the certificate of deposit and you still have it. You don’t have to be anybody or change identities at this time. You go on being yourself and as such face no risk except knowledge of this communication gets out. Your appointment as a residual beneficiary was done in accordance with strict rules of intestacy.
This deal is as good as successfully finished and it would go smoothly and be over with in no time at all. All it entails now is identification, paperwork and official documentation of completion of the title transfer. Your physical presence may be required for identification by the finance company but I assure you I will try the best I can to ensure that the need never arises. When you have assumed full capacity of the estate, you will be in a position to control the entire transaction. I have attached a copy of the certificate of deposit to this email so you will be able to give details about it because the finance company is requesting for it.

Your previous mail was so shocking and I am not happy with your decision, I explained to you earlier in my previous mail that I would not want to come into the picture at anytime because of the risk involved even a link or connection between us whatsoever. You cannot back out at this stage because I have already presented you as Williams only surviving relative. You cannot drop this project like this; because I have spent allot to get those documents that were use to backup this project by the law firm. In your mail, it seems to me like am trying to get your money out of you. But you should know we are in this together!
The problem we have here is that we do not have meeting of minds, without us both seeing and assessing the situation through the same lenses there cannot and will never be success or progress if we continue like this. If you have an alternative concerning this fee charged let me know instead of just backing out. I took a leap of faith in proceeding the way I did with you because you made me trust you. Like I had written to you earlier, I promise you from the bottom of my heart that all is well and will end well. We must take this situation seriously, great opportunities never come twice.
I understand you might not feel comfortable remitting the sum of 17,058 EUR. The amount involved is equivalent £10,475,252. So please leave your mind transparent and your heart open to assess our operations with a brave heart. You also said it’s starting to look like that I am not upstanding because I have not sent you my home address, you are getting it all wrong because I would not want you to contact me through any official channel. Like I said, we are in this together and I will want you to come up with different ideals and suggestions.
Please get back to me, just let me know what you are up to.

I am happy with your decision, if your physical presence is seen at Citi Securities, it would facilitate things with ease and I will be able to remit part of these funds but the facts still remains that it will be traced to me that I am the originator of this transaction. You know what this means to my career and my life. You will be in the position to pay these funds to Citi. If you would be able to contact Mr. Grey Williams on this transaction, I am giving you the assurance that we are one step ahead but you will not mention any thing about me. Even if Citi insist for a lawyer I will get a friend from Cyprus who will assist you to stand for all documents to be signed.
