We understand that you have a lot of consignments here in Ghana, and a lot of your funds are also in various Bank which you have been fighting to received long ago, but until now you have not received anything in spite of you losing thousand of dollars, all the minister and leaders Manager Director under the NPP administration has used your funds sent to filled their linking pocket without them doing anything to help you as promised by them.

Now that they have been remove from Power due to their corrupt practices trying to tarnish the image of our motherland Ghana, with their fraudulent act, thereby making it very difficult for any foreigners to do business transaction with anybody here in Ghana, We the NDC National Democratic Congress is ready for a change to restore the good name of our mother land back to it formal state.

Although my main motive of writing you this letter, is to inform you that we have held your cry and we are ready to make Change Happened in your life, Because during our campaign we made it clear that smile will be put in the scam victim faces when we are been voted into power.

Now that we have won we need to put smile into people faces to ensure that all the money which you lose will be return back to you, during our official visit to restructure things at the airport Seaport police Station Borders we recovered a lot of your consignments, which we have gather them together in the airport warehouse your 23 twenty three boxes was recovered all are in your own name, which I have also arrange with His Excellency to ensure that the Cargo Plane and the Presidential Diplomat/Pilot Bring the Boxes to your country where you shall have them received.

The scanning of the boxes has been done, and it is confirm that the content is clean and spend-able cash, but the amount is not indicated because we did not open the boxes, you will have to call me upon your receipt of this mail so that I can give you all the details of what you will do, we understand that your funds are still in various Bank, we will also try to look at it and ensure that everything is release to you during this administration of positive Change.
