Hello Dear

I know this mail will come to you as a surprise since we haven't known or come across each other before considering the fact that I sourced your email contact through the Internet in search of trusted person who can assist me.

I am Julia John Garang 24 years old female from the Republic of Sudan, the Daughter of Late Dr. John Garang. My late father was a strong opposition for over 20years until he was appointed the vice president on the 9th of July 2005 by the United Nations Peace Team as an avenue to quench the 20years civil war in Sudan. He died on the 31st of July 2005 following a helicopter crash alongside with 12 others just 22days after his appointment as the vice president. What led to the helicopter crash is still unclear but I know that my father was the target.  You can read more about my father in the link below. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/ africa/2134220.stm.

I am constrained to contact you because of the maltreatment which I am receiving from my step mother. She planned to take away all my late father's treasury and properties from me since the unexpected death of my beloved Father. Meanwhile I wanted to travel to Europe, but she hide away my international passport and other valuable documents. Luckily she did not discover where I kept my father's File which contained important documents. Now I am presently staying in the Mission in Burkina Faso. I am seeking for long term relationship and investment assistance. My father of blessed memory deposited the sum of US$ 8.7 Million in one bank in Burkina Faso with my name as the next of kin. I had contacted the Bank to clear the deposit but the Branch Manager told me that being a refugee, my status according to the local law does not authorize me to carry out the operation. However, he advised me to provide a trustee who will stand on my behalf. I had wanted to inform my stepmother about this deposit but I am afraid that she will not offer me anything after the release of the money.

Therefore, I decide to seek for your help in transferring the money into your bank account while I will relocate to your country and settle down with you. As you indicated your interest to help me I will give you the account number and the contact of the bank where my late beloved father deposited the money with my name as the next of kin. It is my intention to compensate you with 20% of the total money for your assistance and the balance shall be my investment in any profitable venture which you will recommend to me as have no any idea about foreign investment. Please all communications should be through this email address only for confidential purposes.

Thanking you a lot in anticipation of your quick response. I will give you details in my next mail after receiving your acceptance mail to help me.

Yours sincerely
Julia Garang

Dear Jana,

Thanks for sending me your information.

Attached is the authorization letter as my trustee to act on my behalf and transfer the money into your bank account for investment project. I have summit copy of the authorization letter to the bank.

The reason why I ask you to be my trustee is that when I arrived here, I went to clear the money from the bank but the Director, told me that as a refugee, my status is not authorized by the local law to clear the money or make transfer of the money to an account. He told me that the only way out is that I will appoint a trustee who will stand for me and clear the money. I wanted to discuss this matter with my stepmother but I am afraid that she will not allow me access to the money if she helped me because after the death of my father, she and my uncle arranged without my knowledge and claim all my father's assets and went as far as selling my father's five star hotel in Monaco and left me with nothing. When I discovered and confronted them, they told me that according to the custom of our land a single girl does not share the inheritance of a deceased because she will get married and belong to another family where she will answer her husband name. for such reason, she will lay claim  to her husband assets when he died. I felt bitterly about the crazy tradition and custom including the arrogant words  which my stepmother has been using to abuse me. I realize also that they are not wishing me good at all to survive the pain especially my stepmother have seized my traveling documents and does not want me to become useful in life. I think about everything I am passing through and decide to reveal myself to you and seek your help for transferring the money to your account so that you will help me for the investment and I will relocate and live with you forever. This money matters a lot for me because is the only inheritance from my father. I  want peace, unity and harmony to settle  in life and  have rest of mind so that I will forget and stop thinking so much about my late father and my beloved mother of blessed memory.

Therefore, I want you to contact the bank as my trustee and ask them to transfer the money into your account for investment while I will be coming to live with you soon after the money have been transferred to your account. You will  send me some amount to process my traveling documents.

Am grateful to hear from you, I was having my praying and fasting that is what cause the delay.  I have received the mail from the bank which you forwarded to me. I noticed that the bank requested for 3 documents before they will make the transfer into your bank account. Among the 3 documents requested by the bank, I haven't them and I noticed  from the Bank reply that they must be obtained from the ministry of Justice, Burkina Faso and we need a lawyer to sign the power of attorney which I will give you sole authority to represent me, swearing the oath on our behalf and help us to secure the letter of administration from the probate registry. As you can see, I am a refugee as well as stranger to this Country and I have no any idea or how we can obtain the documents from the Federal High Court of Burkina Faso. I don't know if you may have any chance to travel here to obtain the documents. Therefore, I discuss with the man of God who is taking care of us, he introduce me with a lawyer.  I have met with the lawyer and explained everything to him and he accepted to help us. I also told him about you as my father business partner as well as my trustee/representative and he said that before he will render any service, he will like to discuss with you about the cost of processing the documents. He therefore gave me his contact information to give you so that you can contact him for further discussion. I also gave him your contact information.  Right now, I will like you to contact the lawyer.

Hello Jana

I receive your mail this morning, I have already sent you my father's deposit certificate and you confirm that you are ok with everything. Which document from my father did you need apart from the deposit certificate which you need as prove for the deposit of the amount with the bank. I called Barrister Mbayi this morning after I read your mail and I explained everything to him. But he said that he will not accept to work with us that way. He said that he need the 1,980 euros to process the documents.

He also said that if we cannot afford to pay the 1,980 euros, then he will take 40% of the total amount and use his money to process the documents for us.  And 60% will be transferred to your account. I offered him 10% at first he did not agree and I increase it to 15% he refused and insist on 40% which is huge amount of money to loose just because of 1,980 euros. I cannot agree to give him 40% because that is too much to compare with 1,980 euros. He told me that you agree to pay the 1,980 euros but you want your bank to release the money to his account after he obtain the documents for us. He said that he will not agree on that condition.

Please Jana, do not abandon me because I have put all my confidence in you and I never had it in mind that you will disappoint me in anyway. Please we cannot because of 1,980 euros loose huge amount of money from the hand of the lawyer. Please go ahead and send the money to him so that he will obtain the documents for us.

Dear Jana,

I have received your mail. This morning I went to Barrister Mbayi Abdou Mamadou office and met with him before he left to court. Barrister Mbayi Abdou Mamadou said again that the ministry of justice requested for the fund origin certificate to enable them issue approval for the legal documents in your name.

Please sister, I do not know what else to do if you see me now you will not recognize me again. I have grown lin over night because too much thinking and unrest of mind. It seem the day has eventually turn into darkness in my life.

Subject: Goodnews From Julia John Garang

Dearest Jana,

I'm happy to inform you about my success in getting the fund transferred under the cooperation of a new partner from Australia. At the moment, I am very busy at Sydney,Australia because of the investment projects which myself and my new partner Mr Peter Hills and George Spencer of CTL Company are having at hand. Meanwhile, I didn't forget your past efforts and attempts to assist me in transferring those funds despite that it failed us some how.

Now you will need to contact former personal secretary to the Rev. Father whom used to be a Good-mother to me when I was in Burkina Faso, her name is Nme Mariama Seck and her email address is as follows :   mariama_se@yahoo.com   Ask her to send you the certified bank draft of $200.000.00 which I prepared and kept for your compensation for all the past efforts and attempts to assist me in the past. I appreciated your efforts at that time very much. so feel free and get in touched with Nme Mariama Seck and instruct her where to send you the money.

Please do let me know immediately you receive it so that we can share our joy after all the sufferings at that time. At moment, I am very busy here because of the investment projects which me and the new partner are having at hand, finally, remember that I had forwarded instruction to Nme Mariama Seck on your behalf to receive that money. Therefore feel free to get in touch with her and she will send the amount to you without delay.

Take care and bye for now.

Yours truly,
Julia John Garang
